Attic Experts Insulation

Excellent experience working with Attic Experts. Sid came to quote us and showed me the issues we had in the attic and the ways insulating it properly would help. He was an excellent and honest guy and a pleasure to speak with. We came to a fair agreement on price and I signed up on the spot. Only two days later they were able to come out and perform the job. Marty and Joe were two great guys who were punctual, friendly, and informative. They walked me through exactly what they would be doing, showed me the finished product and answered every question I had. They went above and beyond to provide a great customer experience by vacuuming the carpet and Swiffering the floors when they didn't even get them dirty! Marty even helped knock some huge icicles off my gutters and Joe gave me tips on various other home repair solutions. I really appreciated this being a first-time homeowner. These guys were far and away the most pleasant service company to work with and provided top-notch customer experience. I highly recommend them!

Sid the estimator was great. Came for an evening appt no problem. Scheduled out almost 3 weeks. They can around 7:30 am and finished the job just after 2pm. Installers couldn’t have been nicer and more accommodating: even though they were both heavy Steelers fans ;). Accommodating, helpful, good workmanship, cleaned up, explained all. Very happy with work. Would recommend to anyone.

These guys are fabulous. Joe and Marty not only completed the job in a short three hours, but they also found that my dryer vent was not attached along with the vent on the roof being clogged as well. They fixed everything and left the place in great condition.

Attic Experts are very knowledgeable. They send an engineer out to study your problem areas and recommend a solution with an estimate. The service guy are top notch too. Very friendly, very thorough and very clean job performance. Lowered electric bill. Room great!

Excellent work. A little pricy.

The assessment of the attic performed initially by Sid was very careful and detailed. He explained the process of the insulation and the other services that would be provided, including repairs to the covers on attic vents. He invited questions and patiently answered them. The crew of Marty and Joe who came to install were equally impressive. They explained the process in detail, were considerate about being in my home in all ways that you would want, they showed me the insulation work as it was progressing and discussed any issues with me that arose during the installation. They addressed my concerns about an old all-house fan that was built into the attic. Although completing most of the work today, they also adjusted full completion of the project to accommodate some electrical work needed in the attic. Rather than take the convenient approach for them, they showed maximum consideration for my needs as a customer. They left a pathway un-insulated so that the electrician could walk in the attic and complete that work without trampling new insulation, feeling that the option of simply having another contractor rake back or fluff up disrupted new insulation was not the quality of work they wished to leave. Instead the Attic Expert installers will return after the electrical work is completed and blow the rest of the insulation into the area left open. In addition, there is a smaller attic area in the garage where they noticed that the door for this garage attic was not sealing properly. While there, impromptu, they fashioned a simple wooden latch that effectively seals the door. They took pictures of the process, before and after, which they will email to me. They were very clean and neat in the process of the installation, and cleaned up afterward. They invite the customer into the entire process of the insulation work and are incredibly gracious in the way that they deal with you as as customer and the way that they handle themselves in your home.

My 100+ year old house had 2-4 inches of insulation in the attic, at best. They came out and gave me a very detailed and thorough quote and were able to schedule the work immediately. I opted to insulate to R60, but they showed me pricing for other options well. The workers showed up when they said they would and were very respectful of my home. They cleaned up well once the job was done. Before finishing they walked me through everything they had done and let me inspect it before leaving. I would highly recommend Attic Experts and would use them again in the future without hesitation.

Excellent. The installers were on time and completed the job within 3 hours. They were knowledgeable, professional and courteous.

Crew was fantastic. Worked very hard squeezing through very tight areas, particularly along ceiling to lay insulation. Properly installed protective barriers around recessed lighting. Apprropriately finished access holes used to blow in insulation; covers were professionally sized and sealed. Payment was made to Home Insulation, and not certain if Attic Experts is same company.

Brian the owner was very quick to respond to my inquiry. Syd did an inspection of the area, did an detailed explanation of the proposed job and pricing. I agree to the proposal and the job was completed after a minimal wait by Marty and Nate. All individual were friendly and gave detailed information, providing photo to document the completed work. The clean-up from the work was thorough. I would recommend Attic Expects without any reservations. The job from initial contact to completion was exceptional!

They were very professional and cleaned up after themselves and it wasn't much, but they did anyway. I have already started to feel the difference and see the savings.

Attic Experts came out quickly for an inspection. The representative, JB Klaene, was very through in explaining the situation and what the options were. A little over a week later two installers arrived and completed the new insulation in about half a day. Similar to the sales representative, they were very professional and through with their work. They provide me with pictures via e-mail afterwards of their work in the attic. The tenants and I have noticed an immediate difference. It has reduced the temperature difference between the two floors from 8-9 degrees to 1-2 degrees (barely noticeable). It has been too soon to see any energy bill savings. I am very pleased with the work that was performed and experience from the initial consultation to the follow up call the next day checking to see if everything went well.

We suspected a leak or insulation issue was causing humid air to enter our home as we were having condensation issues. JB arrived and determined that our issue was not an insulation or air leak issue at all. Despite this, he stayed to troubleshooting the issue, and clearly explained his findings. While ultimately our issue could not be solved by additional insulation or by addressing air gaps, given that they went above and beyond, I wouldn't hesitate to rely on them in the future if I did have an insulation issue.

Third time I have used this company. Sales person, installer and management always timely, professional and do more than expected.

Great!!! JB did the quote. JB was very personable. I can't remember the guy's who did the install but they were very nice and kept me informed the intire time. I would recommend. I could feel a difference that same day on how much cooler my house was. I did the R60 in my attic. Also got the insulation wall cover between my attic space in my garage and house. My A/C does run less. I am sure I am going to see a drop on my electric bill. I was keeping my A/C on 71 now I keep it on 73-74.

Ok late coming to the appointment and returning the estimate

Joe and Marty were absolutely phenomenal! I received a call the day prior to the appointment to verify the details of arrival time and expected time involved in the installation. They arrived promptly--exactly when they said they would. They kept me informed as the work was being done to let me know what they were doing each step of the way. When the finished with the main attic, they invited me to look at the work to make sure I was happy before they started the next phase of work. They cleaned up and left the area exactly as it was before they started. I would absolutely recommend them and I would use them again myself.

Everything was great. Sid inspected the attic, took pictures, and explained our options. We chose to go for R60. Joe and Marty showed up on time, explained everything they were doing, and made sure our attic was properly insulated. They left the house cleaner than they found it.
