I hired Synchronous to replace the roof, gutters, and soffits on my house. In addition, they did a few minor repairs and cleaned out some over grown plants and trees that were too close to the foundation. The project manager kept me informed and worked with me to get the materials and repairs that I wanted. I was very pleased with the project.

The guys at Synchronous were fabulous! I had a large tree fall on my house in May that caused some pretty significant damage. These guys helped me every step of the way- from helping me deal with my insurance claim to selecting materials. They were timely, professional, courteous, and transparent. I had almost-daily updates about the status of the work that needed to be done. This was extremely helpful, as I work 12-hour shifts, so I wasn’t always present to see the progress being made.Thanks to them, I now have a beautiful new roof (on the garage and the house), chimney, gutters, vinyl siding, fencing, and back door. The interior work (drywall replacement and painting) was also very well done. I cannot thank the crew (Jason, Randall, Skaggs, and Damon) for their patience and hard work. I also would like to thank George for all of his help on the logistical side. I highly recommend Synchronous for any home repair needs!

An extremely prompt and courteous service crew. They began the job immediately and finished the project on time. We ran into some plumbing issues at the beginning and the workers had both the skill and knowledge to repair them properly so that the job could continue. We are very pleased with the outcome

Major project was converting a spare bedroom to a large bathroom. I needed something custom for my needs, I was recently paralyzed and live in a wheelchair now. George designed and built a fabulous bright modern bath/shower room. Every detail was thought out and well executed. Under promise and over deliver, they were on time or completed early all through the project. Carpenter's and workers were great. I was perfectly comfortable giving them the key code to the house. They will be coming back for other projects soon. Their pricing was fair. Not the lowest but excellent value considering the quality of work, attention to every detail and finishing project ahead of schedual.

We were given a mid range quote higher than most others in Moreland Hills but my mom's friend highly recommended Synchronous Construction. I didn't have to do much as I paid the design fee for a few hours which was totally worth it. George and his crew handled everything from flooring to cabinets and made sure the kitchen looked amazing for resale.

The crew was very courteous and accommodating. There was a very good rapport developed. They would offer good suggestions as well as be receptive to my ideas and requests.

Workers were friendly and that's about it. Tons of damage and shower leak as soon as they left. Damaged doors, scratch the multiple new flooring boards putting in the toilet, multiple holes in the wall done by them and not fixed. Very messy. He never wanted to fix our concerns until this review went up, before he cared less. He was very sarcastic with us and very unprofessional!

George was awesome! He explained the process exceedingly well at our first meeting. There were no surprises. I liked how I was able to purchase what I wanted and they would do the install, but were available to give advice and/or purchase things for me if needed. Damon and Eric were amazing!! They showed up on time, did a fabulous job, cleaned up every night before they left. George even took me to a marble warehouse and helped me choose a countertop. I paid half of what I would have paid anywhere else. My bathroom looks stunning! I'm so happy I chose George and Synchronous Construction!! I will be hiring them for future projects without a doubt.

They also did the demo of the master bathroom prior to installing the cabinets, toilet, wainscoting, baseboard and chair rail. Synchronous came in a pinch when the previous contractor bailed on me to do the demo and other finish work. George and their trades were clean, easy to work with and very responsive to filling our needs. We would hire George and his crew on our next home project.

We had a kitchen, 1/2 bath, dining room remodel which included removing a wall and some window replacement. Overall, I am very happy with the end result. The project took longer than expected, but that was partly due to the many custom features that we incorporated. We had some creative ideas and worked with George (contractor) and Damon (installer) to bring these about. They also came to us with creative solutions of their own. We ended up with a personalized space that reflects our unique tastes. There were some glitches, but communication was very good throughout the entire project. They were professional and respectful. I would definitely use them again for my next project.

I had a full bathroom remodel done in which i was helped through every step of the way. Not only was it done in a timely manner but I am very pleased with the way my new shower turned out. It is much more updated compared to what I had and the job was complete within 5 days. Highly recommend George and his team!

Personal service and professional ethics. This is NOT a machine. These are people that execute, evaluate and communicate. My crew instilled confidence and patience with me in that this was my first anxious "project." There is a learning curve if you haven't done this before. My crew, Joe, and Nick took the time and explained steps as needed without making me feel like the clueless homeowner that I was. Clean, conscientious, courteous and capable—well done! And a mention should be made to George and his abilities. When he came to the house initially, my only request of him was to make me a nice bathroom. Everything he designed and proposed turned out better than I had imagined. He has a second career as an interior decorator if he so chooses. Things are always better once they are done! They know that, you will experience it.

The crew and owners where so professional and attentive. I did not expect this from a contractor. Every time I called had questions a call was returned. They kept our space cleaned daily.

George was responsive, thorough and worked well within our budget to redo two of the bathrooms in our 1950's suburban home. He replaced the original tubs and tile and managed to work through all of the other issues that go along with an older home. The result is not only beautiful but functional as well... to quote my daughter- "I love my new bathroom and shower." From planning to execution Synchronous construction delivered and we are very satisfied with our new bathrooms. Especially impressive was the quality of tile work and his ability to meet our timing deadline. I can't say enough about Nick and the crew who seemed always one step ahead as we worked through this project.

George contacted me within 20 minutes of me posting a search on Home Advisor. He was at my house within 2 hours of us first talking. He had a carpenter meet us at the house and the job was finished within a few hours. The replaced a piece of damaged molding on an exterior dormer window. It was matched perfectly. It was sealed, caulked, and painted before they left. It was my first experience using Synchronous and I would definitely use them again. In fact, I am working with them currently on a commercial job for my business in a different state.
