Called them out for a quote on some items that were found on a general home inspector's report. We were in contract with a house that we knew had some issues, but we were not aware of the extent of the issues until we received feedback from Synchronous. We are so grateful that we had them on our team. We saved thousands of dollars and a lot of headache. We look forward to working with them again!

We needed new flashing put on our deck. They arrived on time, assessed the problem and told us they could have it done in about 3 hours. They left to pick up the supplies they needed to do the job and were down completely in about 2 1/2 hours. They were polite, knowledgeable and efficient.

George was courteous and available for questions. Nick did a wonderful job completing the remodel. His work is excellent. Compliments to Larry on the wood working, looks wonderful. nothing was unsolvable for this team, I would definetly recommend them

This project was to completely gut/replace our old 50's bathroom off our master bedroom. Being recently retired (and to please my wife :) it was time for me to "œget-er done". George was very helpful in the design & choosing tile, flooring, tile, vanity, etc. Joe & Nick (worker bees) did an awesome professional job, paying attention to every detail, very friendly and also came up with a few ideas to dress it up. The largest and time consuming part was replacing the tub with a half walled (bubbled glass block) grey tiled shower area - I don't take baths, wife has her own bath w/tub. I couldn't be happier with the result unless one of those TV shows would have done it for free. Thanks guys for all your hard work and getting this job done on time. I should have done this project years ago... Cliff.

First of all, I was provided with detailed written plans, costs and project explanations, with no subsequent surprises - MUCH APPRECIATED ! Secondly, an ongoing service of George (a Company owner) entailed providing much advice, and a high level of expertise, as to how to save on project costs. Thirdly, workers actually showed up exactly as scheduled (!), and always put in a full day's work (or more). BOTTOM LINE - Finally, a construction company that does what they say they're going to do with an extremely high level of service and integrity - you will not be disappointed with Synchronous Construction, nor will you regret hiring Synchronous Construction!

I have no complaints! Being a total remodeling novice, I appreciated that George looked at every item I wanted to use and let me know what would work and what wouldn't before I started ordering. I have an older house (well, 40-something) and wanted to save the tiles in the shower while at the same time needing new fixtures because everything leaked. Synchronous was the only company who told me this would be possible. And it was. The workers were wonderful, the timing was as promised (actually even a little quicker) and most importantly I am very happy with the end result. I plan to have this company do my second bathroom next year.

George was great, he was available for me, even with the project being in Chicago and not in Ohio.

Working with Synchronous was a terrific experience. They were one of the only contractors who was able to get work done on time, for a reasonable cost and extremely high end results. My kitchen looks great, I love the way that they did the backsplash and tile work. It looks like something out of my favorite HGTV shows!! Exactly what I wanted

My project was so last minute and needed to be complete by a certain date. However, Synchronous Construction was able to fit me in their busy schedule and complete my project in a timely manner. Also, the workers show up on time every day to complete the task at hand. I strongly recommend this company to any and everybody!
