Bill was excellent. My fiancé was still at work so it was just me at home, and Bill was so polite and actually gave me tips on how to not be taken advantage of in these types of situations. He told me the first step to take would be to call the city regarding our drains in front of the house before we even talked about waterproofing. And he was right! We haven’t had any water since doing what he suggested. If we had needed to waterproof, we would have used Clink Builders in a heartbeat. Wonderful people. Will always keep them in mind for any future work we may need done.

In response to my previous "F" review, Dottie advised Brian of it, and he called me today (Oct. 1) to apologize and reschedule a visit to look at our project for concrete work on a walkway alongside our home & garage. He seemed sincere when he stated they've been very busy and it slipped his mind to get back to me, so he did come here today. Unfortunately, it appears our needs wouldn't work with their recommendations for a much larger project than we have in mind.

We are all happy with his work and would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

Bill Clink was prompt in getting my estimate and arrived right on time. From beginning to end, very professional. Clearly understands his work and explained why things needed to be done a certain way to provide best quality. Very patient answering questions. When the work was scheduled, he was there promptly as promised. The weather cooperated and he was done in a timely manner. The driveway looks great and of high quality. Additionally, he pointed out a leak in the sanitary line, discovered while replacing a sidewalk, and since he also repairs plumbing, offered to fix it as well, which I happily accepted. Would hire him again.

After speaking with Bill Clink during the estimate phase, I knew right away that I would be hiring his company for the work. He went above and beyond in explaining what needed to be done, and WHY it needed to be done a certain way. He provided literature explaining the correct method in which the house needed to finished in order to provide maximum water protection. Throughout the entire process, Bill and his crew were more than willing to answer my questions and make sure that I understood exactly why they did things a certain way. I highly recommend Clink Builders and will be referring their services to all of my clients in the future.

Great, problem not seen developed with sump pump after wall exposed and new drain pipe put in. Bill offered good solution that should avert future problems. Offered most cost effective solution. This was 3rd time we used Bill and he always comes up with good ideas on solving problems.

Someone from Clink came and took a look at the job. They said they would send me an estimate via email. I never heard from them again.

Work was excellent. cleanup after digging front wall of house was very good. Repaired the lawn after digging was completed. Basement wall not bowing or leaking anymore. All workers were very pleasant and told us everything that would happen. There were no surprises.

Job totally completed in one day. Excellent interaction with neighbors. Scheduling and planning ahead was most challenging.

The entire job went extremely well, from initial contact to completion. Everyone we dealt with from the company was courteous and professional. They determined the source of the leak, which was not at all obvious from where water was seeping into the basement and repaired it quickly and well below our anticipated budget on the job. We were pleasantly surprised to find out they do much more than just water systems, so we will certainly use their services again.

Bill, the owner, came out within 24 hours of contacting them. He explained what needed to be done and why and knew what the city would require for compliance. The crew showed up to on time and I felt that I was their only customer while they were there. Bill stopped by every day to bring coffee and check on the progress. They replaced the wall with new concrete block, added drain tile and a sump pump. The entire project took only 3 days. In spite of the excavation equipment used, the yard was left in good condition.

I am not exaggerating when I say that Clink Builders Basically sold our house. They did a tremendous job with paint and drywall touchups. As mentioned in prior review, and amazing job with the basement carpeting. Highly, highly recommended. My only regret is that I didn’t discover this company five years ago.

We contacted both a large water proofing company and Bill Clink. The large company wanted to put in a basement perimeter system with a sump pump. Bill suggested using a camera through my exterior drains, and this is the procedure I chose. Bill's camera man found a broken pipe. The next day the repairs were completed. This process was completed by professional workers in a very timely manner. Bill saved us a lot of money, and we didn't have to cut into the basement floor.

After obtaining multiple opinions and a good deal of research on how best to repair the wall we found Mr. Clink to be extremely knowledgeable and professional. My father was a builder for many years and I believe he would have agreed. Bill came same day and inspected the problem leak in my basement the same day I contacted his company. Son, Eric, came first work day of the week and completed the work needed and also checked my sump pump. We are expecting more big rain end of week and I hope to see non of it in my basement!!

When he came to quote Bill Clink came off as a no nonsense kind of guy. We went through the scope of the work and he did not generalize - he came back with a clear and thorough in depth quote. He showed we needed an outdoor well and pumps to upgrade the new system and his pricing was more than fair. So now I have a basement that is dry as a bone, a 15 x 30 dyed patio that looks even better than I expected and everything works as it should! Bill did all the paperwork for permits with the city - I had to do nothing at all! Before, during and after the project if I had any questions Bill or Dottie got right back to me (Dottie is a joy to talk to!) I had to go out of town on business during the project and Bill and his crew were very professional and respectful in their dealings with my wife. I am a very satisfied customer and would use him again in the future absolutely!

Let me start by saying that EVERY time I called him he answered his phone. As a small business owner that does the same, I know what it takes to be committed doing this. He was VERY knowledgeable, and gave easy explanations as to why he was recommending what he did. Saw my basement Wed., estimate Thursday, decision to move forward Saturday, started work Tuesday, finished Thursday. Installed two support beams with one footer, Thirty feet of beam and seven supports another area, Every day so neat and clean, aside from completed work, you would never know they were there. Even helped catch my kitten so she wouldn't be hurt! Every day there was a call from Bill explaining what they did and what the plan was for the following day. Can't say enough good things. A true professional, a pleasure to work with.

I left a message on a Friday at nearly 5, we did not think this was an emergency situation. Bill called me back at 7:30pm that night. He asked what was happening and advised it may be an emergency and offered to come out Saturday morning. He came, reviewed the area and quickly determined the problem. The evacuation line for our sump had frozen and blown out the motor. The water in our pump was only a couple inches from overflowing into our basement. Because there was rain in the forecast he got us en estimate and came on a Sunday to install the new pump for us. Saved us a flooded basement by recognizing a potential problem from my voice message. He was polite, professional and reasonably priced. We would not hesitate to use him again or refer him to anyone. Great job & we are very grateful he sacrificed his Sunday to help us out.
