Description of Work: Purchased some used furniture and didn't realize until it was delivered that it reeked of cigarette smoke. Call several upholstery cleaners who told me it was unlikely that it would come out. Googled "removing cigarette smoke" and this company came up. I called them for some guidance on which of their products might work. The gentleman with whom I spoke was so helpful and even said if it didn't work he'd send something else to try without charge. Well, it worked! I sprayed every inch of the furniture and then left the bucket in the room overnight.

Description of Work: I just bought another 64 ounce of Odor Xit, because my last bottle is almost empty. I have used Odor Xit for years now, because THIS STUFF WORKS! My daughter's cat still has a home only because of Odor Xit. That spraying he does leaves such a horrible smell, but Odor Xit takes only a few seconds to eliminate the stench. I called the company with a question about my order. As usual, I received professional, effective customer service, and got my answer without delay. I am writing to express my true appreciation for both the service and the product!
