Fantastic

Jim was great about getting the initial quote, getting the job done on time & getting paid. His crew left the worksite a mess; there was a ton of concrete debris at the end of my driveway & in the street that I cleaned up. Prior to having my garage floor replaced, I just repainted my garage walls. They left concrete splattered across the walls & on the front of the garage, most of which I couldn't get off before it dried. 8 months later the floor cracked again. It took forever to get a hold of him to come check it out. Once I did, he sent someone else on his crew to evaluate. The guy couldn't believe it cracked up so bad. I was told that Jim would hear about it and call me. Days turned into weeks and I finally got a hold of him. He sent a guy back to put something in the cracks to keep them from getting any worse. In the meantime, my new floor is cracked and looks horrible. So why did I have it replaced? Now it has been over a year. Every morning I see it I get more annoyed.

They did an excellent job. There was a lot of work. It took just over a week to complete all work and they came back 28 days later to apply the upgraded sealer. They arrived on time, cleaned up the area as well as can be expected. They went out of their way to make the work right. I would/do recommend them to anyone who is having concrete work. Jim communicates very well. He came out and quoted the project the same day I called him (he happened to be in the area, maybe it doesn't always happen that fast). He even accommodated a few last minute changes to the design. I received three quotes and they were also the lowest quote.

All the workers, especially Jimmy (foreman) went out of their way to assure a quality product. We've had a number of compliments on the end result, and we couldn't be happier. I even had them come back out a month or so later to remove an asphalt driveway and pour a concrete driveway w/a parking pad. Another great job and an exceptional price. I may even have them come back for another project before th year is out. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Perry's Pavement Plus to any of my friends or neighbors.

After considering several quotes from Angie's List members and from other sources, I chose Perry's Pavement Plus to pour our patio. I did receive one lower quote that could have saved me $150, but felt that Jim's experience and the positive ratings made the extra money worthwhile. Jim was ready before my permits were and kept me posted on his availability. He actually came and performed the work while I was out of town and to my delight, I returned to a perfectly poured patio, well graded and nicely finished. The sod had been replaced neatly around the base. There was very little concrete dust and pieces left in the yard. I had a barbecue last week and my family thought it looked great. Even my father-in-law, who is normally never satisfied with ANYTHING, said PPP did a great job. Overall, I am extremely happy and look forward to enjoying my patio for many years to come. I plan to refer Jim to my neighbors.

I called to request an estimate and left a message. I received a call back right away and someone came out within a day or two (very nice!). He was friendly, thorough and professional. I even received a formal estimate in the mail and a personal call to see if I was still interested in having the work done. However, I did not opt to use Perry's Pavement Plus because the work was too expensive. I had no problems with the company other than the price.

There work, response time and finished product were excellent. I am completely satisfied with the job they did. Jim calls back right away, calls and keeps you up to date on his schedule, comes on time and gave me three options on products and price. I could not be more pleased with his service. My beagle isn't happy but I don't have to worry about finding dead on the road anymore. I would recommend them to anyone.

Overall, the work went well. They were able to complete the job earlier than first scheduled. From start to finish, it was finished in one day. My only concern was that they didn't complete two clean-up tasks as they were instructed. Jim did offer to take care of them, and I plan to have him do just that.

I talked with him several times. He did give me a good idea about putting concrete up along the driveway, which is what I want to do now. He quoted me for 4 feet of concrete and I only need 2 feet, so it was too much.

It took about a week to complete with all the weather, but they kept me informed. James and his crew were very nice and explained everything they did. Jim was very professional and seemed to be a great guy.

Although this isn't the work he usually does, he did an exceptional job. It looks beautiful; he came promptly, worked very hard with his brother, and cleaned up when finished. Due to the floor being a little uneven, it was very hard work.

WE RECEIVED A CALL BACK ABOUT TWO DAYS AFTER WE CALLED, AND A VISIT FOR AN ESTIMATE WAS SCHEDULED QUICKLY. HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND SEEMED TO GIVE US A FAIR ESTIMATE OF WHAT WOULD WORK BEST. WE DECIDED ON TILE, AND HE DOES THAT IN THE FALL, SO WE DIDN'T HAVE THE WORK DONE YET.

JIM AND HIS CREW WERE VERY HELPFUL IN SELECTING PATTERN AND COLOR FOR THE WALK. CREW WAS POLITE AND CLEANED UP AFTERWARDS. JIM WAS VERY PROMPT IN RETURNING PHONE CALLS.
