Kody preformed a wood consuming insect inspection for a new home purchase. Kody was on time and very thorough as well as professional. He gave me helpful tips for avoiding insects in the aging farmhouse I was buying as well as remedies for common pests in the area.

I thought I had a squirrel in the house but it seems to have been some mice. Very prompt, polite and responsive to my concerns. Inspected the house inside and out: attic, basement and foundation and pointed out areas that needed attention to prevent the critters from entering. Set out 3 squirrel traps in the trees beside my house, but none were activated. Have caught several mice inside. Would highly recommend this service.
