I saw their reviews on Angie's List so I gave them a call. They returned the call promptly. Were out to perform services within 2 business days. Explained the issues well, quoted on the spot, and finished the job in a few hours. I would definitely use them again.

After waiting for another company and getting minimal response from them, I called Aaron yesterday afternoon. He was at my house within 1 hour to assess the problems. He and his crew returned today and completed the whole job (one which I could not get the other company to finish). He located the distribution box 12" under the ground (the other company said it was buried 4 ft. underground. They were very professional and made every effort not to damage anything in the yard. Everything was cleaned up carefully when they left. Aaron walked me through every bit of the process and made sure I was able to understand everything that was done. I can't recommend them highly enough. I will use them any time I have a problem. Aaron said he would stop by and check on things from time to time as he passes this way often. He will even talk to the Board of Health if they need him to.

When I called to schedule the appointment, Aaron offered to call the city health inspector to learn more about the septic system (since we didn't have much information about it). He did, then called me back. He won me over with this, so I booked immediately. I did, however, call-around to understand pricing at other places and chose to stick with Aaron's team due to their professionalism & proactiveness. When we arrived (on-time to slightly early) the technician was already there. He wasn't very talkative at first, which concerned me--I'd hired this company because I thought they'd do the best inspection and teach me about the system in the process. When I asked that the technician do so, he did a great job explaining the balance of the visit. I'm glad I brought the team on-site, as they identified a needed fix (~$1500) which would have caused the system to fail the annual health inspector's inspection. As a result, we were able to ask the sellers to cover the cost, and they agreed.

aaron and his team arrived when advised, were professional, new the problem, fixed it, provided future advice. I will use them any time I have issues. I highly recommend them

Aaron is very quick to respond and punctual on the job. He completed the riser installation and flushed out the line, even flushing an additional area at no extra charge.

They did a really great job. They came out and showed me a thoroughly complicated problem with the septic tank. It was a real mess but these guys did great, they came out under a short notice in pretty in-climate weather and fixed it all up at about two thirds of the price the next highest bidder.

I had an another company show up and wanted to charge $75.00 an hour to find the top of the septic tank and what to charge $35.00 to open the top to gain access to the septic tank. wanted to charge $250.00 to pump the septic tank and if they had to brake up the solids to pump the remainder of the tank they would charge an additional fee. The other company was even looking in the wrong area in the field next door. Called AARON & ANDREW'S SEPTIC and they only charged $195.00 no additional fee's and gave me a two hour window to arrive, they showed up within an hour, took them about 5 min(snow on the ground) to find the top of the septic tank.(no extra charge),pulled the top off (no extra charge) pumped the tank even broke up some the solids in the tank(no extra charge) This is a Professional, Trust Worthy, Honest Company to deal with. Highly Recommend AARON & ANDREW'S SEPTIC for anyone that needs their septic tank pumped.

I woke up 1/9 to our septic system alarm going off. I called around 7 am to see if anyone was available today, I was expecting to leave a message, but spoke to someone and they were at house within 2 hours! This is our first house with a septic system and they explained the system to my husband and answered all of his questions. They were very helpful and professional. They will definitely be used by use again in the future!

We were very happy to get priority service due to our urgent need (our downstairs toilet was overflowing because of the dosing tank pump being worn out). It went very well, the guys were very nice, communicated well to us, and worked in the really cold zero degree weather & snow without compliant. They explained the warranty on our pump and gave us the paperwork. They only charged $190 labor (and I'd guess for gas), the rest was for parts & taxes.

The helped me troubleshoot the aerator to make sure it was the problem before they came out then they came by the next day to inspect the system. Two days later they came back and finished everything in one visit. Awesome job!

Excellent company to work with. Professional and on time.

They came out within 24hrs of calling them, on a very snowy day at that! It was a very easy process. I just showed them where the tank was and they pumped it out. I was worried at first about where they would have to park, if they would have to go in our grass at all with their huge truck; but they didn't have to do that at all! Afterward, he knocked on my door, stayed on the rug with his muddy, snowy boots, and wrote me a receipt. He then told me what condition my tank was in and when the next time I would need it done (years from now, of course).

I really liked Aaron & Andrew's. They told us we had no backup. They were thorough and relatively reasonable with price. They were punctual and professional. They were kind and responsive.

He sounded really good over the phone and knew what he was doing. They confirmed on Wed that he was still coming. We were going to pay by check. He was supposed to be here between 9-10 but it was about 11 and he still wasn't here. We called and he said he was about 25 miles out. We waited a couple hours and still no show. We called again and got his voicemail to make sure everything was ok. We waited a little while longer and called again and got his voicemail again. He could have called to tell us if he wasn't going to come if that is the case. He never did answer his calls or return ours.
