Aaron-Andrew's Septic

The septic tank was pumped satisfactorily. The problem we had was that our gate and latching mechanism were damage by his employee doing the work. We were told that the gate was damaged. We called Mr Andrews after we discovered that gate was damaged. Mr Andrews told me that his employees were independent contractors and were responsible for any damages that occur. Mr Andrews asked me to send him pictures and a description of the damage. He said he would have his independent contractor contact me to resolve the issue. To date we have not heard from his independent contractor or Mr Andrews to resolve the issue The company does a good pumping your septic tank but doesn't take care of any damages that they cause. They replaced the filter on the Aerator motor and pumped and cleaned out the system. They were super responsive, very professional, and helpful. We will use them again.

They were really good and $400 cheaper then other bid we got. They waited until the soil was soft enough. They came and did the job well.

Lou came out to do the work. He gave us a complete class about how to care for our tank. (it's our first septic tank.) I would request him again.

great. i called on a monday late afternoon and they were here by 10:00 on tuesday. very professional and able to answer my questions.

Our tank was pumped at we had a new pump installed. We were charged the "Big Deal" fee of $225 twice. Despite repeated contacts, Aaron-Andrew's Septic has not refunded our money.

Very impressed. E-mailed them along with another vendor on Sunday 6/26. They replied the same day! Was at my house at 8:30 am on Monday & completed the job within a few hours. This was not an emergency - sewage was not backing up into my house! I was amazed at how quickly they responded. Plus they showed us the problem and explained what had happened, why, and how they would fix it. Very professional & friendly.

was a terrible provider. Did not return calls, was late, parked in wrong neighbors driveway. Annoyingly rang the doorbell. Everything was a problem for this plumber. They argued about the system, made excuses for leaving solids in tanks, did not use a washing wand, pump had issues with pumping waste, employee left waste on ground twice when changing hose between tanks and removing hose from tank. Then dumped solids they could not pump in the tank into the aeration chamber. Said they pumped 2000 gallons, but don't think so based on previous plumbers who I had no issues with. This was the worse septic tank pump service I ever had. Would not hire if they paid me.

The replacement went fine and everything seems to be working ok. Unfortunately, when they dug up the line, they also cut an electric line and a propane line. This was in the winter and they said it was too cold to fix then so they said they would repair them when it warmed up. We have called Aaron repeatedly and he has made appointments to come out but never arrives or calls. He has an excuse each time and promises to come back "next week". This has been several months now and we are tired of waiting.

I emailed Aaron-Andrew Septic Services and they got back with me right away...speedy customer service. They were at my house the next day as promised. Lou, the service technician was quite friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He put my mind at ease concerning my leach field. I wouldn't hesitate to call this team up again. They'll be on my roster for routine maintenance. It's great that there are professionals willing to do this job. Thanks guys!

Of course I won't know for sure if the system passes until the inspector comes out, but the guys seemed to do a great job. One poor fellow had the lucky task of climbing 20 feet down to the bottom through a 1.5' square hole, after it was pumped out, to scrape the walls and clean out the drainage holes. They seem confident that the system will work fine going forward. They were more professional and friendly than I was expecting given the task at hand. Assuming I pass my inspection I could not be more pleased. I think the thing I appreciated the most was their fast response time and I thought the price was reasonable considering they had to also pump 3.5 truck loads of septic water from the system.

The person who scheduled my appointment was very nice on the phone, took the time to listen to my concerns and properly noted the account for the technician who pumped the system. The technician was punctual, professional and friendly. This is the first house we've owned with a septic system, he was very knowledgeable and patient. The technician was very quick to do the job and also made sure everything was clean before leaving. I'm now good for about three years, but would definately recommend this company and use them again.

Workers were very professional and they took their time to explain the work that had to be done. My septic system was in the midst of alot of bushes and plants. They carefully dug up the plants that were in the way and they did their best to minimize damage to the landscaping. I would use this company again if the need ever arose again. Bob

I am very happy with the work done by Aaron-Andrews at my home today. We bought this home just over a year ago and this is my first home ever with a septic system. The alarm went off in the basement and I was completely lost as to what to do. Since I am a complete newbie in septic systems, I went to Angie's List since I needed someone I could trust. The technician called me when I was on the way home to tell me he had tried to get the motor working but it was beyond repair and needed to be replaced. I agreed and had them clean out the tank while he was there since it was new to me. I called Aaron-Andrews at 2:50 pm from work and by the time I got home at 4:00 pm they were half way finished with the clean out and the new motor was on the way. They were completely out of here by 5:00 pm and I was thrilled.

Called Aaron-Andrew's Septic company at 9:15 in AM on 7/24/2015 to ask about getting septic tanked drained as we were having issues with our toilets flushing. Aaron immediately stated that he could be at our house in Waynesville in 1 to 1-1/2 hours to complete the job. They arrived ON TIME and cleaned out our septic tank and wanted to make sure that the drainage lines were functioning properly. After flushing the toilets, it was noticed that they were still not flushing properly. For $90.00 they were able to snake the main drain line and clear out any issues. They made some recommendations to my wife on ways to improve and lengthen our time between septic clean outs. I would definitely use Aaron-Andrew's for our septic needs again! Thank you.

We had a bit of an emergency, with weekend guests coming later in the day. Toilets would not flush, and drains would not drain. Had been years since our septic system had been serviced, so we assumed it was full. Called Aaron-Andrews, first-time customer for them, and they were on the job within an hour... and finished an hour after that. Included full pumping of system, and removal of a clog. Was very surprised it went so smoothly. Less-costly than expected, and very courteous friendly guys. I'd be in an awfully "crappy" mood all the time if I were in their business... :o) Will definitely use them again, and refer friends and family for all their sewer-sucking and septic service needs.

We have some rental lots and we had been using another company for septic/plumbing issues but they have been getting hard to schedule, etc. Called this company today and they were out there within 2-3 hours and pumped the tank for a reasonable price. They also determine there was a clog in the line that needed to be cleared caused by tree roots, etc. They were able to get someone out there immediately and clear the pipe with a pressure cleaner, again for a reasonable price. Fantastic customer service and everything was explained up front. I couldn't have hoped for a better experience. Give these guys a shot because I'll be calling them the next time I need this type of service.

Lou provided professional service, explained the system functionality and sprayed off the driveway as part of the service. This has been the best experience I have had with a number of septic services over 15 years at our home. I have set up a ongoing service date for every two years for cleaning with Aaron-Andrew's Septic service and highly recommend Aaron-Andrews Septic service. Also, purchased a new tank concrete lid for the system which they deliver, at a very good price!

Contacted Aaron-Andrews Septic Services because motor had stopped running on septic system. They came out same day to give estimate and said the motor of the septic system had rusted out and timer was very old. I had the motor rebuilt by another company and had been having problems with it for some time. They replaced motor and timer the same day and were very professional. They had to come back out two days later as they had forgotten to replace one of the plugs that had shorted out. They replaced the plug and the system has been running fine ever since. We would use them again.
