We paid in full for work that was never done and then we were given cancellation fees. Poor communication and lack of professionalism.

The two guys that came out to put the shed up were fantastic. They were awesome. We actually dealt with the manager, we didn't know that at the time. She is the one who helped us with designing it, figuring out what we did and didn't want, determining the trade and everything. She was fantastic. She got us a discount on top of a discount that was already being placed, because the company that built them was offering a discount. They were awesome out there. Then when the kids showed up, they showed up just when they said they were going to, they didn't trample my grass with big machines, they actually carried everything. They did it within a couple of hours. It was amazing how fast they did it. They were so professional, they were so good, and they cleaned up all their mess. They were awesome. I am absolutely happy with the product. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

They did excellent job and we're really happy with the fence. Because they used a subcontracting company for the fencing and they were all very nice. There's just few communication issues and they always didn't show up quite on time and it took a little bit longer to get it all done than we thought. They came to take the existing fence down and we were supposed to have it up by Memorial weekend because we have big dog but they never showed up, so we're on a holiday weekend trying to keep the dog until the fence is ready. We had a couple of other companies who have us quotes and they wouldn't even negotiate with the price. The owner of the subcontracting company was quick to come out and gave us an estimate. He was quick to answer phone calls. It was just actually his workers that's not punctual. He had them work and he had them spread really thin work in another project a couple of blocks away and they would be working here and then they take their machinery and go work there for a while and then they come back, leave and it was kind of a long process in trying to get it done but they work good and they are all really nice guys. I wouldn't say anything bad about his workers at all and they did excellent work. We would use the subcontractor independently of Home Depot but never going back to Home Depot probably.

I received an estimate from a sub contractor though the home depot. The sub contractor backdated the estimate by a day, which gave me less time to decide if I wanted to use them for the project. . I contacted the home depot and advised that I did not wish to use them for the installation. They said that it was okay. The home depot did a good job of taking care of this problem.

I needed a small vinyl piece with carpeting, and they had to charge a minimum for vinyl. I didn't need that much, so that was the deal breaker. When the person called back with the quote, they were very vague with specifics, but I had already made up my mind to go with someone else.

Horrible! It was a long fight that we were never satisfied with. The posts lacked concrete and immediately began to fall, it was uneven, they shot nails through our siding and brick, it was unsafe with a lot of exposed nail points! The men did not speak English and I was ignored by corporate!

They installed the water heater within 5 hours of calling and ordering the work. He was a very professional installer. (Crawford Mechanical Services) It was a very easy process, great product, and lifetime warranty when installed through the Home Depot Expert Installation service.

When we rented the pressure washer, the associate went through the instructions so quickly that we couldn't figure it out when we got home. They do not send the owner's manual with you, just a one page photocopied sheet. When we tried to call on the phone, they couldn't give the instructions. We ended up taking it back and just borrowing one from a neighbor. Similar issues with the sander (quick instructions, no manual, etc.) They didn't have the grit of sandpaper I needed, so I had to drive across town to get that. I use them for the convenience, but think I'll drive anywhere else next time. It also seems as if there are never enough folks working in that department.

The installation was fast and professional. The men were extremely nice and I didnt have any worries while they were there. Id definitely hire them again.

EACH TOILET INSTALL WAS $90. NO BREAKS FOR MULTIPLE INSTALLS, EVEN THOUGH THE PLUMBER WAS ALREADY ON SITE. CUSTOMER IS ALSO RESPONSIBLE TO HAVE TOILETS ON SITE, DELIVERY IS NOT PART OF THE COST. CUSTOMER IS ALSO RESPONSIBLE FOR DISPOSAL OF OLD TOILETS, NOT PART OF THE $90 FOR EACH. GIVEN THESE THINGS, I HAD HIGH EXPECTATIONS FOR THE COST. UNFORTUNATELY, THE INSTALLER WAS NICE ENOUGH, BUT COARSE, AND CRUDE IN HIS LANGUAGE. MADE SEVERAL OFF-COLOR REMARKS AS HE WAS WORKING. HE WAS, HOWEVER, CLEAN, AND DID NOT LEAVE ANY MESS, OR ANY EXTRA PIECES OR PARTS LAYING AROUND. I APPRECIATED THAT. UNFORTUNATELY, NEITHER OF THE TOILETS WERE QUITE RIGHT. THEY HAVE BOTH NEEDED CORRECTABLE ADJUSTMENTS INSIDE THE TANKS TO MAKE THE WATER STOP RUNNING. FOR NEARLY $200, I EXPECTED A BIT BETTER THAN THAT.

CONVENIENT RENTAL AREA WITH FRIENDLY STAFF. RENTAL EQUIPMENT WORKED GREAT. MINIMAL WAIT AT THE RENTAL DESK.

THEY HAD NOTHING TO COVER UP THE DRYWALL IN MY TRUCK TO KEEP THE RAIN OFF. IT TOOK TWO GUYS 15 MINUTES TO COVER IT WITH A PIECE OF PLASTIC WRAP. I HAD TO PAY MY GUYS $25 WHILE THEY WERE STANDING THERE WAITING FOR IT TO GET DONE.

WHEN THEY WERE INSTALLING THE DOOR IT WAS VERY COLD AND THEY ACCIDENTALLY CRACKED OUR SIDING. THEY DID COME OUT IN SPRING TO FIX IT WHICH MADE US VERY HAPPY. THEY HAD TO WAIT UNTIL SPRING TO FIX THE SIDING OR IT WOULD HAVE KEPT CRACKING.
