From start to finish, we had the best experience with James Green and his company Ohio Exterior and Interiors, Inc. I was researching roofers on Angie's List and received a flyer in my mailbox from James Green. James came out to our house on numerous occasions to assist us in the process. When the adjustors came out to inspect the damage, James was here to answer their questions. He was very attentive and he always kept in contact with us with each step. He is very courteous, straightforward and honest. He did everything he said he would. He was on site when the roof work began, to cut a hole thru the plywood, to check out the water damage. He also took pictures so that we could see the damage. I felt that he used quality materials. I am a very detailed person, and he even painted the flashing so that it would perfectly match the roof. (this was not in the contract). Every day that I drive up to my home, I am very satisfied with the workmanship and feel that the dimensional shingles have added value to our home. I highly recommend James Green and his company Ohio Exterior and Interior, Inc.

The job was completed on time. I am a very detailed person and the flashing did not perfectly match the roof to my satisfaction. Without hesitation, the installer painted the flashing so it matched perfectly. Every day that I drive up to my home, I am very satisfied with the workmanship, and feel the roof, new gutters with gutter guards have added value to our home. We had wind damage, that cause our gutter and tiles to be destroyed. I called Ohio Interiors and Exteriors and got a friendly response. They came out and properly and thoruoughly assessed the damages. They promptly informed us what needed to be done, and always returned our calls! Mr. Green was professional, but very personable and friendly.

Work was done in a day. Overall it went well. Only gripe is that several days after the work was done one of the subcontractors showed up unannounced to look for a lost tool.

He is very professional and friendly. He was a pleasure to speak with and a pleasure to work with as well. His workers were great and polite. They came in took care of the project and cleaned up well after everything was finished.

James Green, owner, was very helpful and his subcontractors were very efficient and helpful. Whenever I had a problem Mr. Green was very helpful and prompt in settling my problem. He got my work done when it was promised and always asked if everything was OK. I would definitely use his service for my needs in the future and would not hesitate to recommend his services to others.

James met with me and thoroughly explained what I needed, offered several options and answered all of my questions. His crew was punctual, kept my yard clean and did a wonderful job. James kept me informed throughout the process. He also worked well with the insurance adjuster and made sure I received all I was entitled to. I would highly recommend James and his crew.

James Green was great to deal with in this experience. He was casual but very customer service oriented. He offered a great selection to choose from and helped me upgrade to better quality siding for the price of lower grade siding. Every detail down to lighting fixtures areas.(They even offered to help install a light in certain spots.)Good workers too. James followed up consistently as well.

James Green was inspecting another roof next door and called over to us to let us know, ours was damaged, as well. He did not try to "Sell" a replacment to us. He simply said, he'd be happy to inspect it. He took pictures for the insurance company ahead of time and met with my claims adjustor, immediately. James gave us an excellent selection of roof tiles to choose from. His team got the job done in one day and cleaned up after themselves very well.Throughout the process James called us and followed up with every detail to make sure we were happy. His demeanor was very friendly and casual, and his attitude was commited to making customers satisfied. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

James was very prompt and thorough. When he saw additional areas that needed work, he pointed them out to me; we discussed them, and he included them in the job - he had the supplies and time to do the whole job in one visit.
