This company sets the bar high for others. It isn't often you find a business that puts honesty and integrity above a profit.

The company's schedule and my desired service dates did not meet for a long time so I ended up having their service very close to before my coupon expires. The company came over when the weather was not quite ideal for this kind of work, but they did a nice job and left me a report. I had some questions after I read the report, so I contacted the company. They responded me immediately and I appreciated that.

Ultimately, I ended up requesting a refund from Angie's List. Due to their lack of communication, this was prolonged more than it should have been.

Overall, it went well and I am pleased with the experience. They were not able to match our roof shingles precisely, which was unfortunate; the difference in the tiles is very apparent. Fortunately, the affected area is on the back of the house, which minimizes the impact. That was a shame, though.

Ohio Exteriors guided me through the process of working with my insurance company to have my roof replaced due to storm damage. They worked with me every step of the way, as this was my first experience with a homeowners insurance claim. Ohio Exteriors challenged the estimate given by my insurance company for basic repairs and after everything was said and done we were able to get my insurance company to pay for a full replacement. The actual work was completed by a very friendly and efficient crew. During the day of the job, the owner of Ohio Exteriors stopped out to make sure I was happy with everything that was going on. That was a very nice touch. From start to finish the experience was great. I highly recommend Ohio Exteriors for anyone else needing this type of work done, and will be willing to use them again in the future myself.

Although there was some initial confusion from the salesman and an occassional phone call not returned at times, overall, the experience was excellent.

Adequate inspection of roof, offered to replace shingles that were loose. I was having some problems with leaking around windows and onto porch, but the person inspecting was not able to opine on how that could be addressed or whether it could be related/found to be related to roof or not. I was not sure that shingle repair would address my problems and alternatives or further inspection options were not offered so did not go ahead with recommended services.

The service tech was prompt and courteous. He checked all windows and doors for airtightness and applied weather stripping where needed.

The job was done well and to my expectations.

No compalints. Work done quickly and professionally. Gave me an inspection of my overall roof condition as well.

Made an appointment. They came out and inspected the roof, cleaned the debris and left an inspection sheet listing the condition.

We found this as a special deal from Angie's list. The company came out,looked at our roof and said everything was fine. We were satisfied what we paid for the service received.

It went great. The company did a thorough job, found some places in need of repair, and sent us photos to verify what they found. We haven't had the repairs made as of yet, but we do intend to.

Very pleased with work and would use them again. Really appreciated explanations of what caused the issues that were addressed.

Ohio Exteriors came to inspect the attic insulation. They said the insulation was fine but recommended I add a few more vents to allow more air to circulate in the attic. They gave me a reasonable estimate and I had them come and finish the job a couple of weeks later. They were punctual, professional and got the job done quickly and cleanly.

I probably spent more on the deal than the work done would have cost on its own, but I wasn't sure whether the house had any major problems. Easy to schedule, showed up when expected, explained the small issues they found.

They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them.

They were quick in response and scheduling an appointment, however we got a refund because my husband and I decided to wait until the spring to have the work done.

We called them, based on Angies List. They returned my call, came out and did an estimate of the worked we needed done. They came and performed as expected. They were very responsive by phone and email.

I called Ohio Exteriors to fix a rear window and an exterior door frame. At first everything seemed to be progressing well. The service rep was at my residence on time and provided a competitive quote so I scheduled the work to be done on November 1st. The repair tech for Ohio Exteriors arrived on November 1st and started the repairs. I got a call from him that it would be cheaper to replace the door frame than repair it. So I asked him if he could get me a quote. He said he would talk with Brian and I should hear back that day or the next. I never received another call from Ohio Exteriors. I called them twice to find out what was going on. The first time was I called was 11/8/12, I told the receptionist the story (work started but not finished and I have not heard from anyone) and she told me I would get a call from Chris on Friday. Friday came and went with no call, as did Monday and Tuesday. I called back around 11/14 and the receptionist told me they were busy and could not get to my job until November 30th!!!!! Recall this job was scheduled for November 1st... Needless to say, I told her that I would have the services preformed by another vendor. She again told me that Chris would call me and I again did not hear from anyone.

Had been having a problem with water leaks from a french door in our bedroom. The problem was that there was not enough of a built up threshold to prevent pooled rain from backing up under the door. They advised that a slider would be a tighter door, and found one that looked very close to the french door (with panes). They custom ordered the size so that the threshold could be built higher without having to enlarge the opening. Took a while to get the door in, but once it was in they installed it in a morning. No more water problems!

They came out in August to evaluate the roof and repair. They also provided an estimate for new gutters. Because of the roof leak, I also needed to have touch-up painting done on the ceiling and wall. They were scheduled until November, however, we set the date for them to come out. I was called ahead of time to confirm the date and the scope of the work. They were on time and worked to get the job done in a few hours. They were prompt, professional, and took care with work they completed. I was pleased and would use them again.

The company responded timely and gave a quick appointment for inspection, though we could not confirmthe appointment since our builder repaired the roof

Went very good. They had missed one spot but sent someone at to repair it after we called. Nice people.

The job took about a day. They installed wood framing to attach the newly repaired siding to strengthen it - then installed new siding to replace that which had blown off. They did an outstanding job and cleanup was spotless. The guys were very professional and friendly. We will definitely put them at the top of our list for any future home projects.
