Overall, had a great experience. The work crew completed the roof replacement on time on the day scheduled, although things were delayed a few days due to weather. There was some confusion about what we had agreed on as far as which parts of the fascia were to be replaced, so this created delays on the subcontractor completing the work, but the owner addressed this quickly and the work was done. Only complaints would be the confusion on the fascia work (should have been documented by a sketch maybe?), and the work crew (allegedly) broke the concrete on my neighbors front step by going through their side walk to access the side of my home to complete the work. Not sure this was accurate or if he just wanted free repair work to his steps.

Watch for their last minute changes! Bait and switch.

Terry Moore is a professional. He came out to give a free estimate, then when I called for his services he came out promptly (taking into consideration many rain days that left him behind). When he arrived, he introduced his foreman and other employees, then supervised the start of the job. After leaving, his foreman spoke with me during the trimming/shaping process and told me what they were trying to achieve. It was refreshing to have a tree company that doesn't just hack up trees or "top" them. These guys know what they are doing.

They were punctual, cordial, and did great work.

Company gave us an estimate and a time frame that the work would take. They were very prompt in their arrival, worked all day, and cleaned up after themselves. The workers were very informative and courteous. They said the job would take a day and a half and that is exactly what it took. The trim looks great. The day after the job was complete, the supervisor came out and checked their work and asked how we felt the job was done. Very professional and courteous, will definitely do business with in the future or recommend to friends.

It was fine. There weren't any additional costs. About the actual service I'm indifferent because they told me what they did I didn't see it. I don't have anything bad to say.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. The price was okay.

It took a little long to get estimate but once I got it everything went smoothly. Bill was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was a big help in choosing what type of siding to purchase. the crew accidentally messed up a phone line and forgot to replace mu house numbers. i called the company and they rectified promptly. Would recommend.

They were very good. They cleaned off the whole roof of the house and thy inspected it's condition. We suspected some leakage around the chimney so they examined that and all the material they knocked on the ground they cleaned it up.

I purchased the "$149 for Spring Roof Maintenance Package!" on March 13, 2013. I hadn't planned on providing any feedback because I was not pleased with the experience. However, I've received several email requests to provide feedback, so I will. The service representative from the company arrived very early, which is as much as an inconvenience as it is arriving late. Because of the early arrival, no one was able to meet the service representative at the location. The service representative took several pictures to document the poor condition of the home. However, I was unable to determine what, if any, services were actually performed. Typically, one would take before and after pictures to verify the services and work performed. I had an extremely difficult time contacting the "management" to inquire about the services allegedly performed. My phone calls and emails were not returned by the office manager. Luckily the receptionist answered all my calls and responded to all my emails. Once I finally got in contact with the office manager he claimed that there was too much work that needed to be done and that his service representative could only do so much. I agreed that one can only due so much in a given time frame, but asked for specifics on what was accomplished and the proof of alleged services performed. He mentioned that some work had been done to the plumbing stacks. I was not satisfied with his response. I asked for a quote of all the work that needed to be done. I received the quote in early May 2013. I did this to see if the services that were allegedly performed showed up on the remaining work required and sure enough it did. At this point I was convinced that I did not receive the services that I paid for and felt that I'd only be wasting my time to pursue the $149.00 that I spent for the Big Deal.

They did a good job, and were pretty thorough. They came prompt, and did a good job of repairing the roof. I wanted it to be done before fall, and it was done in a timely fashion. I would recommend them.

I contacted Ohio Exteriors on July 8th. looking for someone to repair soffit and fascia that was rotting so I could have it painted. They made appointment for carpenter to come and give estimate on July 10th. Derrick arrived on time that date and was fantastic. I recently had several painters and other gutter companies come look at the work and he was the only one that got out a ladder to go on the roof and make close inspection of what was needed. He was here for at least an hour. Ended up giving me three estimates, one for just the repair work I requested and two if I wanted to have additional work done. I received the written proposal at that time. It was because of him that I choose to have them repair and cover the wood instead of just having it painted again. Also went ahead and had them replace gutters and downspouts. I was impressed that Derrick mentioned current gutter guards did not need replaced and they would reuse them instead of charging for new ones. I contacted the office on July 15th. and gave them down payment and emailed the signed contract for work. Arranged start date of July 24th. They called next day for Derrick to start on carpentry work that day to have it ready for gutters on the 24th. Weather was VERY uncooperative for this work, but he and his crew were here the few times it wasn't raining and often worked in the rain till they were soaked. Completed this part of the work on July 23rd. With all the rain days we had I knew the crew for gutters would be behind schedule but they arranged to come on the 26th, only 2 days later than expected. This crew was also on time, courteous and professional. They completed the gutters that day. I am very pleased with the work and service received from Ohio Exteriors and would not hesitate to use them again.

Took longer than anticipated.

The person doing the estimate really took their time and clearly explained everything that could be done and all of our options. They broke down all of the costs for each option so that we could make an informed decision. After the contract was signed, they kept us up to date as to when the job could start. There were a few delays due to all of the rain we've been having, but ultimately the job started and finished within the promised time-frame.

They came when they said they would. They inspected my roof, and they did a good job.

They were friendly. They did a good job. They cleaned up after themselves. There was a problem because there's a shed that's very close to the house. The guys who came out to roof didn't include that. From the backyard, if you're looking at the house, you can see the shed. So when they left and it wasn't done, it was two different colors. They came back and redid that. They corrected it. They were like standard price, along with the industry. They were pretty comparable to what our insurance said they should be.

Everyone was courteous, professional, and punctual. The quality of work was excellent. I was a bit disappointed that some of the old nails were left in the grass so cleanup could have been better.

They came out due to the Bug Deal and performed all tasks involved. We then had them come back out to do these two extra jobs. We have used them several times and their performance is always excellent.

Bought an Angie's List special. They came on time and did everything expected.

We expected the vendor to try and sell us a new roof but he was very honest and gave us a thorough evaluation of the roof and siding. They even emailed us pictures from the inspection. When we need repair/replacement we will certainly call them.

Once the work was started it went fine, and they did a good job. It just took awhile to get it started. I think the original estimate was given by a summer intern. Nothing really happened until later when I had to have them come out again and give me another quote. Then, it took awhile after that until I could get it scheduled.

Technician arrived at scheduled time. He showed me where most windows could not be caulked because of the way they were installed with the siding. He repaired some siding.
