Ohio Exteriors delivered superior work in a professional manner. The rep Bill and the owner James checked on the project in person throughout the process to ensure we were satisfied as it progressed. Janice the office manager maintained contact to assure we were aware of each step to be taken. Workers were highly professional, polite, respectful, and hard-working. Hire them! You won't be sorry!

Excellent in every way. Highly profession. Rep stopped by regularly and owner came twice during the process to ensure we were satisfied. When we got snow inside the porch during a windy snow storm the problem was quickly assessed and roof cap was replaced, solving the problem.

The initial communication was excellent, as I had a prompt reply and was asked to send photos for initial feedback which would lead to an estimate. After several follow-up calls on my part, trying to move the process forward, I got no further response. With the excellent reviews, we were hoping to at least get some information. Would we hire again? We would respond "maybe", if we could get a callback.

The work from start to finish went fairly smooth and any follow-up items were quickly addressed. Would recommend to anyone looking for a sunroom remodel or cedar siding.

James came out to do the estimate and was knowledgeable and professional, answering all my questions. He provided me a quote within a couple of days, and while the work wasn't actually scheduled until the next month, the crew that did the work was communicative, punctual, and did an excellent job. My only issue was that theirs wasn't the lowest quote I received. However, I decided to go with Ohio Exteriors because of all the workers I considered, they were the most professional.

There work was very good quality but we had some issues with communications. The contract wasn't very specific in a few area. They have been very responsive when we have had issues with a few small things that we needed adjusted. I would recommend them and I would use them again.

James (owner) is a fair, honest business owner that takes pride in his business and his team. His confidence and knowledge in his craft, along with his personality made OE the best choice for this project. This upgrade to my home was a major investment, and I was confident the job would be completed as promised. Because of the extensive mess and noise that comes with this level of project - I had James complete while I was in Florida for the month of January. He sent video and still shots to keep me updated, and called whenever there was a question. Kept me updated without bugging me Job was completed on time and on budget.

The project grew larger then originally thought and they were able to adjust with handling more then just siding. The workers arrived early and stayed late. Many workers would speak with me and ask my thoughts or inform why why things were done a certain way. The workers always listened to me and made sure things looked good to me. One wall siding was not even, the workers fixed the uneven siding and made sure it was perfect. There were some minor damage to a few screens and interior wall which they fixed promptly. Overall very satisfied with the work and the house looks great!

This company is everything you're looking for and SO much more. Every communication I had (and it was a lot!!!) was professional, friendly, timely and made me feel like my concerns/questions were addressed and important. I honestly wish I had more projects that could be done by James and his staff because I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again. In all I've spoken with MANY companies and contractors about things that need done and this place was by far the best in regards to customer service and price. Due to Ohio and spring weather we rescheduled my project a few times but I was kept up to date every step of the way and I never wondered what was going on. James is one of the good guys and you won't be disappointed!!!

Owner was punctual and very responsive for quotes and assessments. Work was completed on time. The few small issues were reviewed by the owner and corrected very promptly. Have already recommended him to my neighbors.

Professional from start to finish. Sales rep spent time explaining products and going over sample and process. Different crew members arrived on different days to complete various jobs. All were professional. The owner is great to work with and the job was completed with expectations exceeded. Would definitely recommend and I would hire again when needed.

Ohio Exteriors replaced the stucco on the front of the home with HardiePlank, replaced old cedar siding on the front of the garage with faux brick, replaced the front door, and painted the stucco on the sides and rear of the house. The faux brick was a perfect match for the existing brick trim. The painters matched the colors of the new HardiePlank to the point it is hard to tell where the HardiePlanking stops and the paint begins. This company is extremely professional and easy to work with. Every person I dealt with was polite, took their time, and did incredible work. The owner of the company on his own initiative came to inspect the quality of the work and spoke with me at length. I am extremely critical of work done on my home and they exceeded my expectations in every area. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I was greatly impressed with the quality of work as well as the kindness and professionalism of all the gentlemen who came to work on my home. 3 different groups for 3 different jobs all were fantastic! Thank you so much for a stress free, and positive experience!

Excellent company to work with. It took about 8 weeks start to finish, which is faster than most estimates. The salesman (Bill Thompson) was excellent. He explained our options to us and helped us select the best product for our home. Janice the Office Manager was amazing. Any time I had a question, which was frequent, she responded quickly and professionally. The men that installed the windows today were informative, quick, and clean. They explained how to use the windows, warranties, and what would be normal (and what wouldn't). I am very impressed with this business and will hire them for any of my needs going forward.

Ohio Exteriors replaced 2 skylights and went above and beyond. I was in service for over 30 years and am probably hyper critical that those that I hire give the same quality care that was expected of me when I was in the service industry. Having said that, when I do receive care that goes above and beyond I believe it to be my duty to share this with others. I am a realtor now and am asked daily for referrals for all kinds of services and have put Ohio Exteriors on our preferred vendor list as they have shown integrity, honesty and quality in all the work they have done for us. They truly stand out in an industry where I have seen all types of unscrupulous companies and individuals put themselves and their pursuit if money first and the customer last. I'm glad to share that Ohio Exteriors is not one of them.

Went fantastic! They communicated really well and were there when they said they would be, which is a hard thing to find in contractors. Very fair with price and kept me up to date and showed me what was going on, especially with issues found with rotting wood. Still were able to complete work in 2 days even with additional work needed. Would defiantly recommend.

Our roof was installed by Ohio Exteriors in 2013. A couple of years later, we saw evidence of water. They came out immediately and worked on a problem with the flashing by the chimney. Recently we noticed water again, and we called them. Although it wasn’t a problem with the roof (it was ultimately an HVAC problem), they were diligent and professional in searching for the cause. Even came out a second time after the HVAC guy erroneously dismissed our questions. Without hesitation, I would recommend Ohio Exteriors not only for their high quality work, but also for their integrity and professionalism.

The workers from Ohio Exteriors did a great job. They were kind and courteous as well. James was always quick to answer my questions and even adapted to a change in materials well!! He still responds whenever contacted!!

Who knows. Took them over a week to respond. (I left voicemail and message via Angies List). Granted, it was over the holidays, but every other company was able to get back in touch days sooner. They also weren't working due to temperature (which is fine), but a guy from another company was literally up on my roof when they said that. Maybe they do fine work, but this is enough to turn me off.
