I contacted Scott Franklin at Dallis regarding the window problem. I was told to call Dale at Pennco which I did. He was extremely rude and told me that once the windows were in the home, he couldn't do anything about them and they were probably installed incorrectly. I called Scott back and he told me that the home was out of warranty. I explained that I have a $200,000 home that I can't even open the windows. His reply was basically, "Too bad". I didn't expect Dallis to completely replace all my windows 10 years after the home was built, but I think after spending that much money, I could have been treated better and helped with finding someone who could help me solve my problem. I will never do business with this company again and am sorry I have dealt with them in the past.
Description of Work: I had a home built by Dallis in 2004. Since then, the insulation in the second floor has failed and the bathroom walls weap. The second floor windows are warped and either won't open or are difficult to open. My patio has settled approx. 6 inches so the wooden steps are pulling away from the house. I have replaced 3 sump pumps because the yard was graded poorly and water settles around the foundation.
