Matt from Renewal did a fantastic job. i contacted him with my hours, job details, and expectations. matt gave me a call within the hour and we discussed an estimate for the project. once i was ready to move forward with the water heater install, matt was able to book me that day! he is based out of clevepland but made the journey to my place in akron. he completed the job quickly efficiently. he required no additional help with carrying anything up/down steps, or in/out of the house. the new hot water heater was installed and working within 2 hours. i plan to comtact Matt again if i need help with any repairs or renovations in the house.

Couldn t ask for anything more. Prompt great job. Replaced water heater within two hours of first call. Would use Matthew again without question.

The hot water tank went out and to stop the water from pouring out the bottom we had to shut off water to the whole house. Matt contacted us right away and fit us in that morning. I thought the price was fair for an emergency. He was very professional and kind. He was efficient and had a new hot water tank replaced efficiently. I would definitely call him for future needs.

Very neat clean plumber - does all he can to protect the work area. Efficient and generally has a good idea of the problem as soon as you start describing the issue. Asked for more information when needed. Was in and out of the house within 45 minutes - bill paid, replacing toilet flange and supporting structure. Will call again when I have plumbing issue.
