Description of Work: Wonderful people!!! I called early this morning due to lack of electricity overnight in a home with an elderly bed bound woman. I thought it was the main breaker but not sure; they answered promptly and courteously, we're able to come within two hours of my call and discuss options. Work needed was completed within 4 hours of my first call and electricity restored. Could live without air conditioning but not without fans if no AC! Now everything is working and elderly mom is not a wet noodle! THANK YOU!!!

Description of Work: He called us about our issue with our ceiling fan, and instead of coming out to the house and charging us a $72 fee, he told us what he thought the problem was via telephone. He then called back a week later to see if his suggestion resolved our problem. That was awesome for him to do, considering he could have charged us the money to come out to the house. Truly appreciated!

Description of Work: Called company to replace bathroom ceiling fan/light, based on AL recs. Had a little trouble getting the electrician in, as the company was having some personnel problems. When a worker did arrive (never saw the owner) he was prompt and went about his work. It was an awkward replacement and he had a hot attic to crawl around in all by himself. Did so quietly and seemingly well. It worked and he did a fair job cleaning up. However, when I went to remove the dome to get it out of the way for painting the ceiling, I discovered he had put the dome on incorrectly and it all came off in my hands. Fortunately, I caught it and nothing was broken. I was able to assemble it correctly. He also replaced a ceiling fan in another room and it seemed to go fine. However, the fan makes a ticking noise when in high speed and it still does it a month later. Have not called them about that. I might call them again. Sound be that option up above. The company monitors these reports and we had a call from them after the original report. They wanted to know how to fix the problems and that was nice. So we scheduled a worker in and he was prompt and prepared. He fixed the ticking ceiling fan in short order. The bathroom fan was not performing very well and he checked it. It was working, so it was not the model and not something he had any control over. So the follow up visit was satisfactory, resolved half of the original issues and that wass good. Oh, and they did not charge us, which was appreciated. I upgraded their responsiveness, but the rest of the rating is still fair. If there was a B+ choice, that would be in order.
