The entire experience with Ken was an A+ experience. From the initial contact, his professional conduct and appearance, friendly, punctual, top notch work. When he came to the house I let him know that I bought the house a couple of years ago and that I did not feel comfortable with the way the hose was set up. Didn't feel safe. He investigated the situation and upon looking outside, noticed there was no visible vent. He also then noticed that around the area it should have been, it vinyl siding was warped. He explained the full situation to me, explained what he thought needed to happen and the price. He took care of everything. In fact, he even took before and after photos and sent those to me, as he made the suggestion that I might want to consider reporting it to the Siding Company that took care of it, see if there was a warranty, and have them reimburse the cost. If you want to have yours taken care of and feel safe about your dryer - Ken is the man to do the job. I would use him again in a heartbeat and suggest him to anyone!

Work was done in a timely fashion, had all the parts needed with him. We had an older dryer and it needed new tubing. Cleaned area after work was completed. Everything looked good and dryer is now faster drying. Nice job. Used an Angie coupon.

There were no problems with scheduling and he arrived on time to appointment. I was disappointed in the price of the service. It ended up costing three times more than expected. The duct work was too long for the equipment he had and he ended up having to reroute the duct work and that is why is ended up costing so much. The final cost ended up being $350 altogether. He completed the work in less than three hours. He did do a professional and good job.

He was very enjoyable to work with. He was very professional. He was in a uniform. He was very cordial and very well mannered. He explained the service to me, what he was going to perform and what the estimate was going to be. He was very energetic and very enthusiastic about his job and taking care of the customer. He was just really great to work with. Regarding the price I would give them a "B," because I thought that $177 to clean the dryer vent was a little exorbitant.

The service tech was polite and explained everything. The work was completed professionally and the tech cleaned the area thoroughly when finished. My only complaint was that the service was very costly for the time spent.

By far one of the best experiences i've had when it comes to home maintenance services. Owner was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Was more than willing to explain to me the entire process and showed me everything he did along the way. The connection hose was too long and therefore kinked, so he replaced it with a smaller connector that allowed the dryer to sit right up against the wall. He sealed it with aluminum tape and then cleaned the exit tube with several types of inserts. It was amazing to see how much lint actually came out. Will be calling him back in a couple of years and would highly recommend to anyone.

Very good professional work, found out that I am not using correct connector kit from dryer to wall as per Fire Code; replace it. Cleaned it thoroughly the dryer and vent. Took about 2 hours for over all work. Arrived timely. Looks very professional. Even though it is not his expertise with his engineering background, he provided some other advice on some kitchen improvement. It was very useful. I will definitely use him for future needs.

The experience with the Dryer Wizard was excellent. He was very polite, professional and prompt. He explained what he was going to do, addressed all his findings and made recommendations. After discussing the choices, I approved the changes he recommended. He was thorough, efficient, and cleaned up after himself. When I asked how often I should have my dryer vent cleaned out, he asked for information on numbers of laundry done a week first. Based on that he recommended that I should clean my vent every four years. I would recommend him to anyone. It was an excellent experience!

My impression was that they are not interested in cleaning vents, but in finding reasons to install new ones. Quoted price was over $600.

This was the first time we used this company, and it was very good. His knowledge stood out, how much he knew about it and what he was doing. My husband and him had a great conversation, he explained everything thoroughly, and my husband was really impressed.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it went well. I paid more than the big deal amount. He had a 5 pound bucket, and he said it was half full when he was done.

I purchased an Angie’s List Big Deal for this service and it turned out real well. Now the dryer is working great. It cost me a little more than it anticipated, but he got it done in a timely manner and I was very pleased with it. He gave me a discount and then only charged me for one vent cover, other than two, so he gave me a break. He was here on time, as promised.

The gentleman who did the work was efficient and neat. The work was performed as he specified. I am pleased with the work performed.

It went well. Ken was on time, neat, nice and professional. He explained everything to me and after finished, went over it with me. He was here approx. 3 hours. The whole system looks so much better and I am especially happy with the new vent cover that has 2 doors and is supposed to make it much harder for insects, rodents and snakes to enter through the vent cover. He did a great job and I am very happy with it! The total price was $346.45 but because I had bought his deal on Angie's List, I paid $57.00 less than that.

Very well, he first got on the roof and measured airflow with my existing setup, The airflow was poor. He replaced my plastic flex hose system with much shorter less restrictive all metal pipping, which is much more fire resistant. He also thourghly cleaned all of the lint from the stack going to the roof. The airflow was much improved.

It was recommended that my dryer vent be replaced. I agreed with this; however, the costs were much more than they should be. Many extra fees including still charging me a $90 cleaning fee. If you are replacing the dryer duct, why do you still need to clean it?

Ken did all the work for this cleaning and venting, inside and out on the roof. The work was done quickly and professionally. Due to the amount of use of the dryer, I was advised to have the vent checked again in five years. Will definitely use this company in the future.

The contractor arrived on time and was extremely courteous and professional. He explained all the work that needed to be done after examining the dryer. He showed me everything, and I was confident that the work he was describing was needed. He replaced an old vent cap on the outside of the house where the vent hose attached, which was a real eye sore. He replaced it with a product exclusive to his company which fits flush to the house and operated in a unique fashion, and it looks far more attractive. He even painted the screws attaching the cover, so that the unit was the same color. A real attention to detail. I felt that I got my monies worth with the addition of the $65 coupon for $130 worth of work. The regular cost would have been $130 plus the $54.

The owner, Ken Mladonicky, performed the services. Extremely professional and polite. Was on time and finished services within an hour.
