Description of Work: Cleaned entire dryer vent which runs from floor level, up between 2 interior walls, and exits through our roof; he also moved our new dryer into the house, installed a firm (non-flexible) metal (not foil) dryer vent and hooked the new dryer to it. Description of Work: Inspected the dryer venting system. Made recommendations for safety changes. Cleaned the dryer vent from dryer to outside. Showed me how to access the inside of dryer to maintain it free of lint. Installed a pest-proof vent cover on outside of house. Installed new transition venting from dryer to inside wall which met current fire codes. He explained all options to me, made suggestions for improvements to my current system, explained what he was doing, and performed the cleaning in a very professional way.

Description of Work: I had them come out to clean my dryer vent and fix the vent that had come apart inside my wall about a foot from the outside wall. He not only fixed the vent and THOROUGHLY cleaned it but also replaced the connection behind the dryer to increase function. We were very pleased and out dryer is functioning much more efficiently.

Very professional. Showed up on time. Did work the day he gave us the estimate. Cleaned up. You can tell he cares about the quaility of the work and his reputation.
Description of Work: He replaced my flexiable dyer vent pipe (that I learned was a fire hazard) with a solid pipe. Also installed a exhuast vent that very unique. It lets the exhaust out and keeps thr critters out. I never saw anything like this at home depot. Also removed the lint from the dryer.

Ken Mladonicky was dressed professional, he was on time, he explained everything he was going to do, check what needed to be repaired and gave an estimate of exact cost of the service before being agreed upon. Very good skills in doing do excellent job.
