Description of Work: They cleared out the vent from the dryer and reattached the vent pipe. Everything went well and the dryer is now usable.

Description of Work: The man who came out to clean the vent pointed out that, where it met the ceiling of our basement, it was quite loose. He replaced the piping with much better materials and attached everything well. He also replaced the outside vent part and the outside part on an unrelated vent to ensure that little animals couldn't enter the vents.

Description of Work: Gave me a new dryer vent, cleaned out all the old lint, AND squirrel-proofed the new connection. Went above and beyond to make sure the new venting was securely attached to the wall, and the connection fit the new window vent. Listened to my concern about critters, and showed me a very reasonably priced alternate that would all but guarantee no more unwanted visitors. Great clean up job too.

Description of Work: Kevin was very professional and provided options to replace the dryer vent hose. A very good appointment. The only negative was an oversight that could of had huge ramifications. While Kevin was cleaning behind the washer and dryer, he attached the washer drain hose to the back of the washer. He forgot to replace the hose back into the drain. If we hadn't notice it, we would of had water everwhere when we used the washer. I'm sure that this was a one time oversight. Kevin was courteous, polite, professional and on time. Will use him again.
