Nationwide Cleaners

Nic mentioned that we had filtration lines around the base of our carpets by the floor trim, he told us that is because we needed an air duct cleaning. After a quick inspection he gave us a price of $279 for all of the vents and the furnace and everything. He also was able to complete the job before he started the carpet cleaning. It did take about 2 hours for the cleaning, and another hour for the carpets, but it was worth it. Not only did he clean the air ducts but he also cleaned the furnace and everything inside the furnace, it was actually really dusty. He also replaced the filter for us as we had extra ones already. We use Nationwide for our housekeeping and now they have also done our carpets and air ducts. Everything is always done right and we are very happy with all of their services.

There were additional charges, because our family room was bigger than what they would consider a room. The additional charge was not very much.

Office never return the call. I send an email regarding time slots and office never reply. Send contact thru Angie's list sending message 3 times thru Angie's list. Finally they reply. Technician Nic came on time and started working without vesting time. They charge additional Fuel charges of $7.0 which is not correct. They also charge Taxes. I thought everthing included in the Angie's list. Atleast I should get back Fuel charges.

Everything went well from start to finish! Both women arrived on time, went right to work, and thoroughly cleaned the house from top to bottom!

They really did a good job on carpet cleaning. They are patiently remove the stain on the floor. they are on time and efficient. I will use them again next year.

He did a great job! He gave advice for some pet stains we were having problems with. We were very happy with the service.

Service was good, but there was some confusion on what time they were coming. I was waiting for a phone call and they had been emailing me. But everything worked out.

Everything was communicated via email even when they requested a phone number to confirm the first date we set. There was no phone call. I emailed and called and left a message to set a second date. My issues were more with the fact I have a toddler and a dog. So I need to make arrangements for my dog so he is not in their way and to let the carpets dry a little while before he walks all over them. I requested a second date and didn't hear back from them until that day (via email). They apologized again and said they were extremely booked and gave me another date with a 4 hour window of when they could show up. I would like to deal with another company that needs the business and that I can deal with in the future.

The young man did a beautiful job. I was very pleased.

I have been trying to contact them for 2 weeks to get this cleaning scheduled. The gentleman I spoke to was very nice but I was still never able to get anything scheduled.

There was an issue in the beginning trying to get the service scheduled. I had given them 3 different dates, all with AM appointment times. They came back with a date and I emailed back that it was fine. I never received a confirmation call or email from Nationwide so I emailed the day before and again never received a reply. I did however get a call the next day where they stated they would be here between 3pm-5pm. Too last minute for me especially since I had requested only AM appts. After this, I was able to get an AM appointment and they did show up on time. I was a little surprised that in addition to the price I had already paid, I had to pay a fuel charge of $7 and $6.68 in taxes. Not a lot of money, but no mention of these extra charges in the Angie's List Deal. Once the cleaning was complete, the floor was a mess. Puddles everywhere. If I had carpet it would be ruined. The worker used one small towel to attempt to clean the floor and left the rest for me. One little side note: While the worker was cleaning, I looked over at him and his pants/underpants were halfway down his bottom. Not something I wanted to see. I am satisfied with the actual cleaning but am disappointed in the overall package.

They called at 7 AM and said they were on their way but did not ever show-up. They finally called at 8 AM to let us knwo they were on the way. I contacted Angie's List at about 10 AM when they still had not shown up to have them reach out to Nationwide Cleaners. After hearing from Angie's List they did show up at 11:30 AM. They never communicated any issues they were having with getting here on time which I found very unprofessional. The cleaning went fine. The issue I have now is that they have invoiced me asking for more money for travel charges and taxes. No where in the Big Deal details of the coupon is there any mention of extra fees for traveling and taxes, the only additional fees to be charged would be a if more than 7 rooms of carpet were cleaned. They only cleaned 4 rooms of carpet so this invoice is unfounded.

Nic arrived promptly and immediately set to work. He was very professional as well as cordial. He worked very hard and my sectional looks great. He also cleaned the carpet in my livingroom and dining room even though I had not planned to have it done. Everything looked great when he left and still does.

Initially, they contacted me right away and scheduled an appointment. I really liked that they are responsive to email It has been great! They have all of the supplies needed for the cleaning. However, they are accommodating and use what you provide if you prefer. They completed the work exactly as it was stated and I was very satisfied with the work that they did. Compared to other companies, their prices fall in line with others. The only additional costs were the taxes with the service as they were not included in the deal. I have been very pleased with them. We have hired them going forward for monthly services.

Technician arrived on time and was professional. He walked the areas with me so I could point out stains. He stated he would treat those areas to see if they would come out. Most of them did not. I was surprized that the technician wouldn't move anything. I'm used to other cleaners who move furniture and put blocks down to allow carpet underneath to dry. Because this cleaner didn't move anything, there are areas of the carpet that were not cleaned. Plush, I had to rush around moving everything I could to maximize the area that would be cleaned. I'm glad this was a Bid Deal and I didn't pay the full price.

Since the appointments were all done via Angie's List emails it took a few days to agree on a date and time for the service. They were very accommodating to my available dates and, after a few exchanges and a few days, we settled on one. I did telephone them to ask a question and the gentleman was very pleasant. I followed up with a confirmation email and they replied so we're set. I will add to this review after the service is done. 5/3/14 Here's the update since the service was done. I have never dealt with a company that tried so hard to make absolutely sure I was happy. For that I want to give them an A for Professionalism and Responsiveness. The B for Punctuality and Quality are because there was a scheduling error and the appointment had to be changed the same day. However, after the change Nic did arrive at the agreed upon time. The B in quality is because they had to come back to clean some rust spots left when a couple pieces of furniture were moved back on the wet carpet without protection. Will sincerely apologized and followed up sending Nic came back to clean the areas and the stains are gone. So, although it was not the smoothest of transactions, Nationwide truly wants to do a good job and they try very hard to make sure the customer is completely satisfied. Both were very nice, polite and pleasant. It's hard to find fault when they care that much.

misunderstsnding about time time given was 12 -i I thought it would take that time to do the job . When no one arrived at 9: I made a call to office and left a message . I then called three more time finally someone did call me back at 10:15 and explained that was the time frame for arrival and someone would arrive in 20 mins the tec did show up at 11;15. He was very professional and because of the mix up with the time he coated the carpets with teflon , which i thanked him for .The deal was for $89.00 for 7 areas but Ihad an additional 3 areas cleaned which cost $62.05 thers was a cost of $7.00 for fuel charge which I did not understand about.

Nationwide did a great job; we didn't have any problems with scheduling or start time. As I didn't use all the 9 areas available in the deal, they graciously agreed to clean one of my rugs instead. I would most certainly use this company again.

After about week delay in hearing from them after the purchase we got something scheduled and they did a great job from there on out. They were prompt, friendly and did a good job.
