Nationwide Cleaners

They were a little late getting to my home for the appointment. They did call to let me know but came a little later than specified. By the time they did perform the service they did not finish until late Friday evening. With that said, they did throw in a few little extras to compensate for example scotchguard. They did make up for the inconveinance of being late.

He arrived promptly on time and got straight to work. Very professional and hard working young man. There was no furniture in the house as I had recently purchased it and the move in date was scheduled for the upcoming weekend. He pointed out a number of spots in the carpet whereby there were pet stains, which I thought was extremely helpful because I was told the house had new carpeting throughout. The only problem I had with the service was that it took an incredible amount of time for the floors to dry. I cracked the windows opened and turned up the A/C as he instructed, but the carpet cleaning was done that morning and my boyfriend stopped by the house later that afternoon and the carpets were still sopping wet. Since I hadn't physically moved into the house yet, it wasn't as big of a concern, however, had I been staying here that would have presented as a real problem returning home to wet floors at the end of the day. I stopped by the house the next morning and most of the carpets had dried, but there were still a few places in the finished basement that were still damp. The pricing was a really good deal and the carpets were thoroughly cleaned, I just had some concerns about the length of time it took the floors to dry.

One of the owners arrived on time. Cleaned all the air ducts including the returns. Previous cleaners had never done such a complete job for us before. Minimum of fuss and left the premises clean. That's a first too!

They guy was very good. He took his time and paid careful attention to areas that had tough stains.

They were supposed to be here today from noon to 4pm, but they never showed up. Their voice mailbox is full, and they haven't returned any communications. I've tried to email them even, and still nothing.

It went well. I thought they might have left the carpet a little bit too wet. They should have pulled a little bit more of the water out of it but other than that, they did a good job overall.

They removed all heat/cooling vents and returns but did not reinstall them. Just left them on the floor throughout the house. Some return ducts still have debris left in them. I assume most of them were cleaned but don't have a way of knowing for sure. One return still has a couple of inches of insulation piled in it. I'm not sure where that came from or if it was even cleaned? The technician didn't mention anything about that to us. If he cleaned it out, he didn't mention anything about how we could prevent it from coming back. I did not get an A/C inspection report, not sure if that was even done? They charged us a fuel surcharge and tax on top of the and quot;Big Dealand quot; price, paid at time of service. Thought that was kind of a shady way to promote the deal and then charge more on top of the deal price!

I spoke with them last Monday to schedule and I have been trying to reach them to reschedule ever since. They seemed to have fallen off of the face of the earth. I have left them 3 voicemails and as of today their voicemail box was full. All of their emails are bouncing back and saying undeliverable.

the worker (nic) was very professional and did a great job, he's a credit to his company.

He arrived within the 4 hour allotted time period and was professional. He was able to remove a stain on the steps and carpet looked good. I was pleased with the service. I will note I used an Angie's deal for the service and still had to pay $13 for gas/service fee on the day of the service. I don't remember seeing that in the deal price, but may have been in the small print.

I was very satisfied with the service and Nic did a good job.

There were some aspects that were not as professional as I would have hoped but nothing that was detrimental. They did a fine job and the price was fine. Overall, it was okay. In my opinion, anyone would have to go above and beyond to get an "A" rating. They did everything they said they were going to do, which was good. They cleaned all the areas and moved the furniture. They put certain pieces of furniture up on my Styrofoam blocks to keep it from getting wet. The carpet took longer to dry than they said it would but we just had to deal with it. As far as I can remember, they showed up right on time when they were supposed to.

We purchased a deal with Nationwide Carpet Cleaning. Nic arrived on time and was very professional. We are extremely satisfied with the work. Our carpets are the best they have looked in a long time. We highly recommend Nationwide Carpet Cleaning!

He called when he was on his way, arrived early, which is fantastic. He talked and worked at the same time, which was better than others i have hired. When he was done, the carpet was just damp so it was dry in about 5 hrs. He completed the job quickly and the carpet looks great.

After some initial miscommunications about scheduling, we confirmed a date and they arrived as promised. Nic was extremely professional, efficient and nice. He did an awesome job on cleaning everything and went over the top to make me happy. My carpets and couch were covered with dog stains, he took care of everything beautifully! I would definitely recommend them!

They did an okay job my carpet is an off white color and its about eight years old; I would use them again.

I called Nationwide Monday afternoon to see if i could squeak in an appt this week for a carpet cleaning. Not only were they able to come to come to my house that evening, when i explained my needs the CSR was able to direct me to the appropriate service( their carpet cleaning and odor remover rinse). This morning my carpets look and smell wonderful, not only that but they were efficient and quick - will deffintaly be calling them for any and all carpet needs !!!

Everything went fine. Actually, I was not home but my wife was home and Nic was very courteous and did a awesome job even moved some of the furniture around and was on time as per the appointment. Only thing is they charge a fuel surcharge of $7.00 which I wasn't sure for what.

I never spoke to the company it was all done via email. I needed my carpets cleaned and could not get a appointment that would work for me. The only appointment available for a 2 week window was on a Saturday and the time did not work for me.

Very Professional and courteous. Job took less than an hour. Provided suggestions for maintaining carpet and spot cleaning.

It didn't go--never heard from them!

It went very well. The worker was quick and professional. They did an outstanding job on the carpet. The office personnel was great even when I had to change the date of service. She was gracious and accomodating. I would definately use them again and recommend them. The cost was great.

I had a lot of difficulty getting in contact with them because I had some questions about the Big Deal. After a week of my purchase I hadn't heard from them. I sent them a message and they called me back and left a message but no phone number to call. They sent out one kid to do the work and he did not appear professional at all. I asked how much it would cost to put Scotch Guard down and he said they don't make it anymore but they had something built in that did a better job. I had them move some things for the cleaning and they never put it back. When they left, everything was just piled up in my kitchen. 2-3 weeks after the cleaning I started to see things I have not seen in years. There was a stain that came back that was from my dog, but the dog has been gone for 5 years and I had not seen that stain since. I am noticing more and more areas where it appears dirt and stains are coming up.

He was very polite, professional and friendly. However, I had one spot in my basement that wasn't there and I called him but he never returned my call. I called several times but they didn't respond. I went down there and got the spot out. They did a decent job everywhere else. They were not punctual.

Nic was great, just like last time. We use them for our Housekeeping and now they will be cleaning our carpets every 6 months. Great job.
