Nic did a GREAT job! Walked through each room with me before starting to review any trouble spots or concerns I had. Once he got started, it went really fast. The hoses ran over some of my wood floors, and he even took the time to clean up some water that had dropped on them. When he finished each area, he had me walk through and inspect everything, and everything looked great. All in all, I would definitely recommend them and use again.

I had difficulty getting them to schedule the service (thru big deals on Angie's list). But once we passed that hurdle everything was good. Prompt, professional service and even did more than contracted for.

I am having a problem scheduling for a big deal I purchased.

The technician was running late as customers added to their original orders which is understandable. He called to let me know. When he arrived, he was very courteous and asked me what my concerns were and what were the problem areas of the carpet. He worked very diligently and asked me to review each room after it was cleaned to make sure I was satisfied with how it looked. I believe he took pride in his work and was really concerned that I was happy with the cleaning. I will definitely hire this company again.

Unfortunately he was sent to the wrong address initially, but he was in contact, and it was resolved. I felt bad because I believe Angie's List gave my office address rather than my home address. I have removed my office address so that it doesn't happen again. He was very nice about the situation, and was very nice to the "house sitter" that I had left at my home to meet him. He also gave her some nice tips on spotting in the future. Very pleased.

They cleaned the carpets in five areas of our house. They did a very good job. They responded quickly and I was able to schedule the service right away.

Technician arrived within the 2 hour window. They were very respectful of the home and wore paper booties. All work to be done including any add-ons were explained before he process began. I was allowed to add other items if I chose to. There was no pressure for anything else to be done.

Nick called ahead of time, arrived on time, and was very professional. We did a walkthrough before and after and he told me which stains might be stubborn. The carpets looked great upon completion. No soapy residue or wet carpets.

Nic did a great job cleaning my carpets last Saturday. He was prompt, professional and courteous. He even cleaned a closet area that I thought would be considered a separate area. I'm very pleased and highly recommend them!!

They were outstanding. Nic performed the most thorough job I’ve ever had preformed on my carpets. He was kind and accommodating, he called me before he came and he worked really hard and cared about what he was doing.

Spoke to owner twice, recommended and promised to have his carpet stretcher contact me to discuss stretching carpet before carpet cleaning; never happened and then unable to get appointment finalized, etc.

Originally, the appointment was set for 1-4 but it wasn't clear to me that was a window time of arrival. I thought the arrival time was closer to 1pm so when Nic arrived at 2:30pm I felt he was late. But that was probably just a misunderstanding on my part. Nic performed the service well but did not move any furniture. Prior to the service day, we moved the majority of the furniture out of the rooms to be cleaned. In the past, other cleaners have moved the couches and dinning room table to clean so that was out expectation this time too. I was disappointed that they did not move the few items in the serviced rooms to clean. I purchased the Big Deal for $125 to clean 7 areas and a hallway. The Big Deal did not have any information about additional charges. When Nic arrived, he charged me taxes and a fuel charge. I do understanding charging for taxes but think it should have been an all in price. I am disappointed he charged a fuel charge when that was not stated as an additional charge and was presented when Nic arrived to perform the service. It was only $7 but I still think that information should have been stated in the fine print of the Big Deal. The carpets remained wet through the next morning even with the air conditioner running with a built-in dehumidifier. This prevented us from moving our furniture back on the carpet and keeping our dogs locked in another area of the house. I think another pass with the extractor would have resulted in dryer floors. Overall, I think Nic did a good job and my complaints really have a minimal impact to the overall rating but did make the difference of a B verses an A. He was very nice, professional, and courteous and the carpets smell and look a lot better.

However, while there they offered to do other services, like a Jack of all trades. This company did a retaining wall for me, but did a very poor job, in less than 1 month the stones were moving and shifting because the job was not property done. Also during the process, I had to order mulch through them. They only used 1/2 of the mulch I paid for and stole the rest.

Everything turned out well, and I was happy with the service. The gentleman arrived on time, got right to work, and did a good job with the cleaning.

The service went okay. They did exactly what the deal stated. One technician came out and completed the job in about 2 hours. They were able to clean all of the areas I needed cleaned. The technician was very friendly and I had no problem scheduling the deal.

He showed up on time (within 15 minutes of the appointment time) and cleaned efficiently starting from the top floor and moving down. All in all our carpets looked much better after the cleaning service.

Never was able to use the service, did not respond in a timely manner, tried to book for weeks, then months. Vey unprofessional. Do not waste your money

Great job! Cleaned better than expected and also provided some additional areas complimentary. Unexpectedly, stains were removed. Very polite and responsive...I'd call on them again in a minute.

The young gentleman who came out and cleaned the furniture was very professional and courteous. The work was completed in a timely manner. However, there were a few stains left behind that were kind of hidden and it was my fault for not catching these as I had to leave the house and my husband did not inspect them thoroughly. I also wish I had known about the extra 7 dollar fuel surcharge and the 7 dollar in taxes they charged me on the Angie's List coupon (which no other provider ever has done with their deals). Overall though, would definitely call them and reschedule service in the future.
