My rugs and carpets were filthy and, in some cases blackened, from three months of demolition and remodeling. Their representative was friendly and professional and did a fantastic job. Some stains that I thought were permanent were gone when he was finished. He walked me thru before and after and gave me some good advice about spot removal. I've tried different companies but plan to use Nationwide in the future.

Received a phone call about 30 mins prior to them arriving at my home to let me know they were on their way. When Nick arrived he was very professional, explained everything he was going to do and the process of the cleaning. Was very good around my dog - even offered her a treat. He cleaned up any dust that landed on the carpet, put everything back once he was done, and looked at my furnace to make sure that it wasn't in need of a clean also.

I didnt use the deal because my appointment was cancelled due to the weather but I feel I wasnt given enough notice.

Nic cleaned our sofa and loveseat~both microsuede and had many water ring spots from spilled liquid and pets. All spots came out and they look great!

Service technician was very professional and prompt. The carpets looked great after he was finished. The only issue I had was the carpets were more wet than normal after a carpet cleaning and it took longer to dry.

The worker was quick, professional, and did a good job. I had some problem areas (thanks to one of my cats) that seemed great at first but some of the odor returned after everything had completely dried out. I know pet issues are some of the hardest things to deal with so I can't fault the worker. I would use them again, especially for a regular cleaning.

They showed up twice outside of the time frame they had given me. It seems as though the owner isn’t communicating well with his technician. I contacted the owner first thing in the morning to see when the technician was showing up, and I told him they absolutely could not go outside of that window. Then the technician showed up 30 minutes after that window as we were walking out the door for other engagements. We had a similar issue with the second appointment we had with them. However, they were both nice when we spoke with them.

Rep did a very good job of cleaning the carpets.

They arrived later than I anticipated, but it was within the time frame that they gave us. The gentleman that cleaned the carpets was friendly and did an excellent job. The carpet still looks great a week later (sometimes a few days after carpets are cleaned the spots tend to come back). I would definitely recommend them to someone else.

They were great and they got all the spots up that I couldn't get with resolve but had been trying for months. They were fast and efficient and very friendly.

Nic the technician was very thorough and explained the whole process. He didn't try to sell any additional services. When he left he mentioned other services the company offers besides carpet cleaning. The carpets look great. I would definitely use this company again.

It was fine, very fast. It did not dry as fast as they said it would but overall it was.

Took the big deal for $89 for 7 areas! Was sort of disappointed to find out I had to pay an additional $13 for taxes and fuel cost. Didn't think I would have to pay more. I didn't even have 7 areas to clean. Not sure if Angie's list should have wrote in the big deal plus tax and other fees. I have a carpet guy that will do my house for $100 but I thought I was saving a few dollars getting it for $89, but in reality paying more than I would for my original carpet guy. But on a positive note, they did a great job and my carpets look great!

They did a lovely job, came on time, and the two men who performed the service were extremely nice and professional. I will absolutely use them again in the future.

I made the purchase on a Sunday in the hopes that they could do the work sometime during the week. However, I was told they couldn't do it that week, but I'd need to wait until for the following week on Wednesday. That would have me waiting an entire week and a half to get my carpet cleaned which just doesn't work for me.

I purchased a big deal for $125. The person doing the cleaning did a good job, but after completing the cleaning, the technician handed me a bill for an additional $16.38, on top of the $125 I had paid for the Big Deal! I have never been asked to pay an additional fee for a Big Deal. This was labeled a "fuel surcharge" and "tax." He said if I did not pay it, the company would take it out of his paycheck. Angie's List has since confirmed that charging additional fees on top of the Big Deal cost is a violation of their policy. Others who have been charged may want to file complaints to get these fees refunded. I do not recommend this company, given their misrepresentation of the total costs and their unwillingness to follow through on promises that they give about arrival times instead of working to find an acceptable window.

I contacted the company multiple times over several days, never got a callback. Cancelled the service.

Scheduled it shortly after I called to set something up. Came at promised time. We agreed on what should be done and it was done. Good courteous service.

They added a traveling and a tax. This was not in the agreement. The cleaning was fine.

Quick, efficient, professional, made my carpets look near new and some are 17 years old! Could NOT have done a better job!

Nic did a great job! He was very professional and personable. My carpets were pretty grungy, so we wanted to get them cleaned for the holidays (we are having people over)... They were nice enough to squeeze us into the schedule before Thanksgiving. He did a wonderful job! My carpets look like new again! He did my entire house (plus pet treatment because I have 2 cats and a dog). He moved light furniture (even my treadmill, which is heavy and a pain in the butt to move) and cleaned around all the edges. Very well done, would hire again, no questions asked!

Their representative, Nic, did an awesome job. He called first, was punctual and very helpful. He asked me what I had been spraying on my carpet already and warned me that it was bleaching it. I was desperate to get the cat urine smell out myself when I should have called these professionals. Nic was helpful, friendly and very thorough. I even reached down to try and help him un-kink his hose and he politely asked me not to touch it for my own safety. With three cats and two kids in the house I wish I could hire this team every month!
