Nic showed up as scheduled and did a great job cleaning carpeting throughout the house and working very hard to get out any stains.

He was very professional, and was very fast in providing the services. He did charge for fuel (which I am guessing that is what all of them do)

The service was fine. I do not remember any issues with it. They came, cleaned, and left. They came out within a week after I purchased the Big Deal not even that long; I think pretty quickly. My wife was here. I was not here. They did a fine job. It was really humid in the house. The windows were all steamed-up because there was quite a bit of fluid. I think the carpets were all pretty much dry within 24-hours. We had few areas that we had some concerns and they took care of those.

The company was very responsive to questions prior to the appointment. The technician arrived on time and was very nice. Our carpets look much better. I do wish that they had called ahead prior to arrival and would have warned me that they would not move furniture. A small chair and loveseat (both are very light but a bit bulky) were not moved. Had I known beforehand I would have offered to move them myself. Overall a good experience.

It was good experience overall. He was very knowledgeable and explained my options. He made suggestions of what could be cleaned additionally.

It went well. I had them work on everything from the bedroom to the basement, including the stairs. It took them 1.5 – 2 hours to do the work.

Arrived promptly and got right to work, no breaks and finished quickly. Was very informative of their process, drying time and ability to remove stains and traffic wear.

Purchased this Big Deal for our car and never could get provider to respond. Can't imagine how they get an A because my experience trying to get a reply was worse than the one reviewer who gave them a bad rating. No business is "required" to only communicate by email, as they said in their response. They have a phone number to schedule, which I did and got no reply--even after I threatened to post a negative review on Angies. Guess they don't care. I really don't want them to clean my car now---a $99 life lesson. If you use them, be prepared for lack of responsiveness.

They were great. The person they sent was actually really personable and really helpful. They arrived promptly, it was an easy process and the carpet was great afterwards.

This was terrific! They were on time and very cooperative. The two guys that came went above and beyond. They even cleaned peripheral areas and did so without asking. The price was outstanding and we would use them again. They were neat, clean, professional, timely, courteous and efficient. If something needed extra effort, they did not hesitate and just dove in!

We scheduled our appointment through Angie's List messages, which was quick and easy and Nationwide sent a reminder email the day before service. The day of the appointment, Nick, the cleaner, called when he was on his way and arrived on time. He did an initial inspection of the rooms to be cleaned and got right to work. He worked efficiently and offered tips for keeping our carpet in good order. The whole job took about an hour and we were very satisfied with the job.

Provider worked with me to schedule at the time that best fit my time frame. Technician was prompt and thorough.

It went well,they responded to my phone fast, were accommodating, professional though they did charge extra for the stains but, I had no big deal since I had the money.

He was very professional and explained what he was doing the whole time. He showed me all the lint that he had pulled out of the system. He also recommended that I get my dryer vent cleaned more often than I do. He was great at explaining everything to me.
