Nic was on-time, very courteous, and knowledgeable. He mentioned he thought steam cleaning the type of material of my sofa would probably cause the pattern to run. I asked if he could do a spot test. Which he did and he was right. So instead proceeding with steam cleaning the sofa and love seat, he cleaned the living room, hall, and small entry. Very happy with outcome. Nick was the person who did my cleaning. he was super nice and professional, gave me some tips on my floors.

Nik was on time, called ahead to let us know he was on his way, and arrived ready to go. He made sure to explain everything he was going to do, answered our questions. He worked efficiently and left only after he was sure we were satisfied with the work. Great service and attitude. Oh, and the carpets are clean, as well!

Nic was very nice and a hard worker, he wanted to be sure I was happy with the job.

The cleaning truck worker, Nic, was great. Very professional and and the carpets were cleaned beautifully. The only complaint was after we had purchased the Angie's List special it was difficult to get a timely response to scheduling requests. When I did speak to a person on the phone he was not customer friendly. Instead he was giving all the excuses he could come up with to prove that "He was Right". So I did not like the man on the Phone! They did add a surprise $2.00 fuel charge as well as tax when work was completed.

Nik did a great job. He is polite, courteous and explained exactly what he was going to do. He is very good at his job.

The upstairs carpet looked brand new, and the steps looked great. Very polite and the appointment went very well. Would highly recommend. House sold the next day..

We were very happy - got all the surface stains and dirt out, was on time and very courteous. They did try to sell other services (carpet cleaning that we obviously didn't need - brand new capet) but werent pushy.

Overall, it went well. Was a little frustrated at first because I was not getting call backs to confirm appointment or when it looked like he would be running late (he did make it in the time window quoted). Once the technician arrived everything was fine after that. He was very polite and it seemed as if he did a very thorough job. I would use them again.

Terrible customer service. Originally scheduled me 1.5 weeks out, the notified me on date of service it was going to be an additional two weeks. Very rude on phone once I explained my frustration. Unwilling to refund deposit.

Called to see when they were coming, got up early to get ready for this company, and they told me this morning they couldn?t come because there truck broke down, they should have informed me last night about this, before I moved furniture for 2 hours this morning. Wasn?t very apologetic towards me, and also told me it wouldn?t affect him because he has an ?A? with Angie?s List.

They did not show up for their scheduled appointment and I received no immediate response when I left them a message. So I requested a refund for this deal.

well pleased. Carpet came out looking great. Was soft, not stiff as others have left it. Excellent attention to detail.

The service was good but scheduling with them was a problem. There was a mix up and they did not reached the tenet house on time. They give a time and do not show up. The service person was very good. There call always go on the voice mail. Scheduling was a nightmare.They cancel and don't inform.

Absolutely satisfied by the initial company contact to set up a date that was my desire. Nic the technician stayed in communication with me to let me know the window of his arrival and and then a 20 minute phone call notice that he is on his way. Nic was very pleasant and professional as he explained what he was going to do and then very conscientiously went about performing the task at hand. No hard selling, finished his task and thanked us. Told us that we ever needed any other kind of cleaning to just call the company and he would give us 10% off. I asked if I could request him and he said he would be happy to. All in all, a great experience which seems to be a great company with great representatives like Nic.

The serviceman was very prompt and professional. He explained how he was going to clean the carpet and asked if I had any questions. He did a great job and explained what I needed to do to ensure the carpet dried thoroughly and to raise the knap up on the carpet. Carpet smelled fresh and looked 100% better.

Had a window of 11-3 to have 7 areas of carpet cleaned. Nic called about 10:20am to say he would be there in about 35-40 minutes. He showed just before 11 am which was wonderful! He was very polite and professional and did a fantastic job on my carpet. I would highly recommend this company and Nic!

Nic was the technician that came. He was very professional and did a thorough job. The living room upholstery never looked so good. I would have him come back again.

It went fine, but after cleaning our flex line, the technician recommended that we install a rigid exhaust line. Would have appreciated that information before the work was done: rather than spending the money to clean the vent, we could have installed the new line. Instead, we did both.

After setting up an appointment, Nationwide cleaners arrived within the scheduled window. I have to say this is by far the best experience I've ever had with a Carpet Cleaner! The technician Nic went above and beyond, he didn't attempt to "up sell" me on the use of additional chemicals, he also cleaned my very large living room as one "area," which is more than i can say for companies I had past experience with. The carpets looked better than they had in years for a rock bottom price! This company is honest and operates with integrity, I will definitely use them again!
