The technician was courteous and helpful and he did a great job with the carpets. The reason I would not use this company again is that the TRUCK for the job (parked in my driveway and the source of the water for the job) carried a heavy smell of sewage. Simply walking out the front door of my house, the smell was very distinct. There was no problem INSIDE my home. The carpets were cleaned well and smelled fine. But I wouldn't want that truck in my drive again, and I was concerned about why it smelled that way. Water is part of carpet cleaning, obviously. It's really too bad that the truck carried this smell (which neighbors also noticed) because otherwise the cleaning job itself was very good. I believe the company can address the problem with the truck and then others won't have to encounter it.

Nationwide did a great job - probably the best carpet cleaning I've ever had - Nick got out stains that have been cleaned twice in the past by other professional carpet cleaners and never removed until now. He got up stains that were here when we moved in 7 years ago! Carpet looks brand new. No issues - scheduling was easy, showed up when promised, didn't take long. Will probably use for all my carpet cleaning in the future.

They showed up a little later than anticipated but the owner called me to let me know they were on their way and apologized that they were running behind schedule. Nic was awesome! He was very professional and very polite. He was very thorough and did a great job. I recommend and will use again in the future.

It was fine. We did no have as many areas as we paid for so the tech cleaned a bit of the office area too. That was nice.

Nic went above and beyond what I expected. He pretreated pet stains and deodorized the areas. The carpet looks and smells amazing. I would definitely have Nationwide Cleaners back and I would request Nic to be the employee that arrives.

I bought a $199 big deal for this service and it was good; they did a good job. They only came once. I also had to pay tax. It went good; they did okay. They did their job. I guess their price was competitive. They were on time.

They did not show for the first appointment, but called and said they had mechanical problems. We rescheduled. The next appointment that showed up early. They cleaned an additional chair for free due to missing the first appointment. They were very professional and did an outstanding job! Will definitely use them again!

Groupon deal. My wife paid for the coupon in March and tried to get Nationwide Cleaners to return (or answer) her calls for TWO MONTHS before they committed to 5/28/15. (ARGH! The only reason they got our business was despite my insistence to my wife that she cancel the Groupon). The cleaner called the day before, promising a 12-4 window. On the day of service, the cleaner said he was in the area, and arrived at 11am. I pointed out "problem spots" and he concentrated more on those. My issue is this--the day after the carpets were "cleaned," heavy traffic spots STINK like a dirty locker room floor--and didn't before. My hallway has had no pet or any other odor before this cleaner arrived, and I'm so frustrated. Worse, the cleaner smelled SO BADLY of body odor that I couldn't stand behind him without coughing out loud. Honestly--he took me downstairs to point out what areas he so heavily concentrated on that I couldn't get him to leave fast enough. Final straw--and something I couldn't notice until the next morning--after the cleaner dragged his chemical hose across my front lawn, a line of dead grass was apparent from the drag of the hose. The cleaner actually told me that anything I use for my Bissel SpotBot is bad for my carpet, and yet this yokel used something that would KILL MY LAWN on my carpet. Despite the $69 Groupon, I had to pay an additional $7.50 fuel charge and TAX on TOP of all of the charges prior to this work being performed. I understand this company has an "A" rating, but our experience--hopefully to others--is/will not be typical to others, but we will NEVER use this company again.

Our carpeting is clean and refreshed. We are very pleased with their services.

Amazing! Nic was simply fantastic. Extremely professional and good natured. Knew everything about his work, did not try to up-sell, was on time, and the service was done very quickly yet very thorough. I would recommend this service to anyone.

This is This company is a sham. I bought a Groupon for carpet cleaning in a home I was selling. Set up the appointment a month ahead of time. The day before I called to confirm the appointment. The next morning I got a call that their truck (I guess the only have one) broke down and they had to cancel. I could not use the Groupon so the owner told me I could refund the Groupon. I could not because it was past the time to do so. The owner told me he was sorry and would contact the person he had worked with at Groupon to get the refund pushed through. A month later I still do not have a refund and can not get ahold of their company. The website boast an Angie's List 2014 service award, but when I looked them up on here their company wasn't even in the system. They are also not listed on the BBB. The Facebook page has 1 like and a few poor reviews. They are fraudulently collecting money from customers via Groupon and not providing service. Not only to the deserve and 'F', but they are criminal. Shame on them...and shame on Groupon for not screening their businesses well.

This is a great company. I needed to get my carpet cleaned with very little notice due to out of town guests. Nationwide went out of their way to communicate with me and fit me in their schedule. The owner (or Director) even called me personally to make sure they could fit me in their schedule. This is the first time I have used Nationwide but they now have a customer for life! Nic was fantastic, he arrived early, spent time reviewing each room and asking me if I knew what caused the spot or stain and he was so nice and professional. I had to return to work and left Nic to clean and when I got home the results are beyond what I expected. This company goes above and beyond. Use with confidence - they are great!

A very good experience; the employee arrived well within the window of time the company had provided and was very thorough. Our dryer vent cover fell apart on him; this was not his fault -- it was disintegrating, and I knew it-- but he insisted on purchasing another and installing it. I'll call them again soon to have Nik clean the upstairs bathroom fan vent as well.

Overall and taking all of the important points in choosing a carpet cleaner, we had a terrific experience. Our technician was Nic and he arrived exactly at the promised time. He attentively listened to all of my concerns w/ the carpeting for our upstairs and main levels. He walked me through the process involved in working on pet stains and asked me several questions regarding what cleaning products I'd used prior to his visit. I was impressed w/ his attention to detail, his outstanding customer service and his patience w/ the big job we gave him, including a home w/ 2 dogs. I had never utilized the services of Nationwide Carpet Cleaning before and will definitely plan on calling on their company in the future. I also wouldn't hesitate to recommend their company to friends and family. And their service technician, Nic is a true asset to their company and a shining example of an employee who strived to make the customer genuinely pleased and guarantee repeat service calls for his company in the future. The service person called ahead of time to confirm our appt, contacted me 30 minutes prior to arrival, arrived promptly, and did a beautiful job with the carpets. They were more damp than we'd expected afterwards, but they were dry within 24 hours and look great!

I have been calling for several days, leaving detailed messages and nobody will call me back. Just frustrating.

This was an Angie's List deal that I purchased. Nationwide contacted me the next day to schedule the cleaning, and came on time. There technician, Nic, is a friendly outgoing guy, and this was the second time that he'd been to my house to clean the carpets. He did a great job both times, and even cleaned my outdoor mat for good measure, without my asking him. All in all, it was a good experience.
