Nationwide Cleaners

I recently purchased two coupons for carpet cleaning services from Nationwide Cleaners. One was for my daughter as a gift and the other was for myself. My daughter redeemed hers and had her carpets cleaned on 7/30. After Nationwide Cleaners performed their services for my daughter, I cancelled my scheduled service. The Angie's List voucher states that Nationwide will move small furniture, and Nationwide refused to move any of my daughter's furniture--including lightweight dining chairs and a 5-lb rotary fan. She asked the cleaners to move the furniture when they were working, and they refused. This resulted in her carpets only getting partially cleaned. In addition, what they did "clean" remains very dirty in areas. When she asked that they touch up certain spots, they only did so partially; she can clearly see where they ran the cleaner and where they didn't. My daughter regularly has her carpets cleaned via another Angie's-recommended service, and said they always do an impeccable job and that the difference between the two companies is night and day. We only wanted to try the new service with Nationwide because of the coupon and are now very unhappy we did. My son-in-law called Nationwide directly to express his concerns, and the manager on duty was entirely dismissive, saying that he "trusts his guys" and "no one else has complained." He blamed their refusal to move furniture on Angie's List, telling my son-in-law it was against company policy to move furniture and that Angie's List had "screwed it up." He offered to have a crew come back out and touch up a "spot or two" but claimed they wouldn't be able to do that for a few weeks. Since my daughter and son-in-law moved much of their furniture and decor off the carpet in preparation for cleaning, this won't work for them and they'd rather avoid the hassle of doing that all over again. When they requested a discount or partial refund, Nationwide refused to budge. Angie's List kindly refunded my money for my unused voucher. If you are also able to refund any money for my daughter's coupon, it would be much appreciated. The voucher numbers are as follows: Carpet-2126056-1 (not used) Carpet-2123820-1 (used).

He did a great job, he even cleaned the stairs. He's very personable and gave me some tips to help with pet stains.

They did really good job. My living room is my high traffic area. It needed a little extra TLC. He had the living room carpet looking brand new. The gentlemen came did their job without any problems.

It went very well, and he offered some advice on a couple of problem areas on our carpet. I was satisfied with the job. I was surprised that there was only one person, but he was very professional. I was also surprised that no furniture was moved (other than what we had moved prior to the cleaning).

It turned out fine. They honored their "Big Deal" price. They did what they said they would do.

I am very satisfied with the work performed by Nationwide Cleaners. They called about 20 minutes before they arrived. They performed the services and the results are outstanding. I would use them again without hesitation.

It was good. They're good. I would see somebody else because I want to see what other people do.

Initially we had some delays due to their truck breaking down, but once that issue was resolved they came out on time and were in and out very quickly. The carpet looked better when they were finished although they were not able to get out the set in stains. They were always polite and were apologetic about the initial delay. Overall it was a positive experience.

They called when they were 30 minutes out. All done in about an hour. Friendly. Considerate of my belongs. Would use again.

The contracted showed up on time. He told me how long it would take to clean all the carpets listed. He told me everything that he was going to do and he finished at the time he had listed. The carpets look brand new.

Did a nice job - in and out in no time. Only surprise was I had to pay tax which I'm surprised wasn't included in the original charge. No big deal.

They were having truck problems and were unable to come on the scheduled date, but did reschedule for 1week later. Not a problem, except that we had to leave all our furniture in the garage for the extra time. The owner called and was very apologetic and offered to do the cleaning for free. I was very grateful for his offer but, chose to pay. They did an excellent job and I will use them again.

I am very pleased with the service from nationwide cleaners. They were very accommodating to our scheduling needs. (purchase of home and time delay). They arrived at the perfect time (hectic with closing, getting keys, etc) and explained very thoroughly what would be done. We added the air duct cleaning and are thrilled with the results. The home we purchased had a very big, long haired dog, the carpets and vents were very obviously covered in hair. Nic explained that he would do his best but that he was not a magician. The dog hair partially came up with the cleaning, however, upon following his directions to let it dry completely it vacuumed up nicely (+95%). Nic was very professional, courteous, and conscientious of the work he was doing. He explained that the previous owners used some very harsh chemicals on the carpet and that it might leave discoloration. However, despite that warning the carpets have no 'spots', I'm sure that isn't typical, but an thankful for his warning.

I requested them to clean 7 areas of house. All went well except for overall quality was just average and carpets took a long time to dry. Carpets in bedrooms took over 24 hours to dry. Overall professional however and polite..just was hoping for more life to be breathed into my carpets.

Nick was professional, educated us, and did a tremendous job. He went above and above what was asked of him and did it with a smile. I feel safe with them in the home, will use again for sure.

Nick did a great job cleaning our carpets! He removed many minor spots and one larger stain. The process took about an hour. The carpet is over 10 years old, and the cleaning made a huge difference. Nick did a nice job of getting under the perimeter of the beds and other large furniture that was not moved. His work was very thorough. He also cleaned the 3x5 area rug at the front door. We would definitely hire Nationwide Cleaners again.

Nic showed up on time and cleaned every inch of the house. We had a few of the rooms deodorized for pet smell and the chemicals used left the house smelling clean. After he was done he made sure each room was inspected and I was satisfied. For the cost and the professionalism shown I would definitely use them again.
