 + -1 moreVery professional, respectful, careful, and pleasant from the initial email contact to the last truckload pulling out of our driveway. I went with these guys not only because they were price competitive, but also because I knew our stuff would be reused, donated, and recycled in a responsible manner. Of course, I had contacted only companies which had earned all A's ratings on AL.
Description of Work: Hauled away 34+ years' worth of accumulated "junk" (for lack of a better word) from our closets, garage, basement, and backyard. It took 25+ man-hours and 3 trucks to accomplish the job.

Nate was particularly helpful and understood the situation. This was a hoarder situation, and some of the stuff was downright gross. I thought the service price to be a bit on the high side, but they did honor my Angie's coupon.

Always called before coming out - even called when stuck in construction traffic to indicate they'd be a little late. They worked quickly, and swept up (basement) after completion. Phenomenal experience both times - highly recommend and will definitely use again!
Description of Work: Used Got Junk 2 weekends in a row - both times workers hauled items from house - 3rd floor through basement, including old, heavy 51" TV (from 3rd floor), ancient refrigerator (from basement), shelving units, and many many smaller items of varying weights and awkward sizes.

 + -1 morethis is the firm. Karel Barney. The key is be ORGANIZED. I made signs and taped them on all the items which were to be removed. They even took the old carpet. I will use them again.
Description of Work: They arrived 5 minutes early. (6:55am) Ready to work. They took close to two trucks full of "precious cargo" out of my basement. They even swept up after themselves. They even wore booties. It was not only a pleasure to get the "stuff" out of my basement, but also a pleasure having them do the work. It only took them 2 hours. My husband and I could then go get breakfast and sip coffee with smiles on our faces rather than visit a doctor for injured backs! They said they sort and make available to charity items which may be re-used. If anyone is looking for guys to haul and also to help a good cause,

 + -1 moreCalled on a wed for estimate. Arrived promptly when scheduled the next day (Thursday). I accepted the offer on the spot. He called later that day and said they could be there Friday morning to do the work. Again arrived promptly at the time stated. They did call both for the estimate and the work , 15 minutes before they arrived. Hard workers, very nice, very professional. Cleaned up any and all mess completely. Very satisfied.

 + -1 more. I was getting new furniture and I needed to get rid of the old furniture I had and some other stuff too. I got on line the night before and in the morning some young fellows came in and took everything away. It was quick and efficient. They charge you by the amount that they can take in a truck. I had them take an old dresser, night stand, old lawn chairs, an old computer to re-cycle it and it all measured up to $600.
