I originally called for a yellow jacket extermination. Upon arrival the technician also spotted a chimney problem I had noticed since I first moved in 2 years ago. He offered to give me a quote for the chimney repair, while also taking care of the yellow jackets. Two weeks later the same technician was out to repair my chimney. It’s been a month now since I first called, and no more yellow jackets and the work on the chimney seems top notch. Will see how the chimney holds up with time, but I’m not expecting any trouble. Would definitely hire again for any future work I may require.

Jacob and his guys were excellent to work with to say the least! I had noticed bats flying from my roof peak one night and I called Barnes Wildlife. Jacob was there the same week to assess my situation and gave me a very reasonable price for the scope of the work. In a months time I was bat free and had my insulation replaced! I loved them so much they’re now doing my pest control too. Another service I didn’t know I needed until they found the wasp nest in my attic.

The company I work for initially hired Barnes Wildlife for an issue we were having with bats in 2017 and we have continued to use them for various projects since. Tommy came out exactly when he said he would. Immediately saw the problem but then did a total inspection around the house. Tommy then seal off the hole they had made in the facade and recommended covering two other areas. We set another appointment to the work and that way he could match the paint and finish the job. Tommy came back two days later exactly when he said he would and finished the job. He did a great job. If you look at the house you can’t even tell where the work was done. Great work Tommy!!!

The job was completed but was very expensive to come out, determine where they were getting in and trap 4 squirrels.

Jacob was the guy that came to my house to clean the chimney and he was very professional.

I heard scratching in the wall and attic and was pretty convinced there was something trapped in there. I called Barnes and they came the next day. Tommy came to assess the situation. He got up in the attic and saw mice tunneling. He came up with a comprehensive plan to eliminate the problem altogether. Tommy was thorough and great to work with. I felt he explained the course of action very well. I would hire this company again if we have any more problems.

I had a problem with snakes hanging around my entry doors and called Barnes Wildlife Control to set some traps to catch and remove them. Tommy was my assigned technician and did a fantastic job. He is very professional, always arrived on time, and explained the process to me. Early one morning I spotted a snake lounging on the sidewalk at my front door. I called immediately and 15 minutes later Tommy was there to remove the critter. Other snakes were caught in one of the traps several days later. He kept me informed on the type of snakes that were removed to assure me that they were not poisonous. There is a service charge to set the traps and a fee to remove the snakes; but for me the cost of the service was worth the results and peace of mind.

Tommy at Barnes Wildlife provided among the best service we have received from any of the trade specialists we have hired since moving to Ohio almost three decades ago. He knows how to work well with people as well as animals. He was prompt to respond and listened carefully. He was attentive and took time to diagnose the problem well before offering us options of how to proceed. He contacted us frequently until our problem was resolved. He removed a group of four raccoons and installed a barrier to keep animals from returning. We will be sure to call on him and the folks at Barnes if ever we need help with animal pests again.

Barnes team came out and confirmed that it was wasps and not bees and treated the problem. Most of the wasps were gone that afternoon and the next day there were none to be seen.

In addition to setting live traps (catching 2 groundhogs, 3 raccoons, and a possum!), Barnes trimmed my trees and bushes to reduce easy access to the roof for critters who like to run races across it, and installed wire fencing around the base of my deck to prevent any other critters from moving in under the deck. I was very happy with the quality of the work they provided!

Contacted me promptly to set up a time to inspect yard and set traps. The deal is for one week. No moles the first time they checked the traps during the week, At the end of the week one mole was found in a trap. The traps were removed and they advised to observe the yard for any further activity. We were very happy with the services we received and would definitely use them again, if needed.

Had a critter problem, and called Barnes Wildlife Control. Drew, the technician came out, did an inspection, and set one trap (did not catch anything after two weeks, so the trap was removed). Drew is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He is also honest, and he told me not to seal the house since my townhouse is connected to other units, so it will not make sense to seal my house only (the price estimation of sealing the house is very high, $500- $600, far exceeding my expectations). Drew also gave me some valuable advice. I would hire them again.
