He was very willing to do the job in a timely manner. He was prompt and efficient. However, he seemed to be in a bit of a rush. He didn't ask about how we wanted the install done; seemed to have his own ideas. He did listen when we stopped him and explained what we wanted and why. Another concern we had was, he did all his work, tools, parts, etc on our bare wooden floor. We questioned him about a blanket covering the floor and he brushed it off as nothing. He did leave scuffs that we were able to remove. He quoted me a price over the phone, and I realize it was a ball park price, but in the end the price was $100 over the high quote. He did offer to return if there was a problem or any further needs. Over all an ok experience.

Brian's work was exceptional. He came out at 7:00 pm to solve the problem with our TV. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything he was going to do every step of the way. Highly recommend him and have added him to our "go to" list of contractors.

They called right away, advised me when they arrive; They called to let me know, because they were some distance from my location they might be 1/2 hour late. They arrived on time and provided us with outstanding service. our computers are back on line.

This HomeAdvisor Computer Pro was on time, got down to business immediately, was a good communicator and jumped right in to our networking problem which was resolved quickly. Brain mounted a 60+ inch TV to our wall. Brian was professional, very competent and knowledgable. He was thorough and did a great job conveying options for hiding cords, moving outlets etc. The end result was great. I would definitely recommend!
