Had no complaints. Rep was extremely helpful.

$ 35.00 just to go 2 miles to the house. $98.00 an hour. Parts.Cut hole in ceiling to replace trap in shower, Had to cut off water to replace shower trap. Cut off valve to the house had sweat and a drip. Put wrench on valve and tightened it. That was a time charge because it was not on the jobsheet. Finished the job and left. Said owner responsible for ceiling repair and covering. Discovered new drain almosty a 1" lower than the ceiling. Told I could put a box around it, but they agreed to let the the service person return and move the pipe up. It is now .....above the ceiling drywall at no extra charge. No..I will not use them again. I am not sure the personell are still there but I did not want to cause him to lose his job.

I wrote a review since I had a problem with the tech person. They called me and are work to resolve my issue. I really like that they are working with me. You can not always be perfect, but they are doing a great job working out the problems and making thing right. That shows they are a good company and back up they product. Way to go WaterWorks.

They are quick to get out. They are professional.

Work went as expected. workman repaired the drainage line from the dishwasher to the sink drain. This is the 2nd time we have used Waterworks. We used them back in November 2012 for multiple repairs: clearing master bath shower drain, clearing master bath sink drains, repairing 2nd bathroom shower faucet, and repaired the main water shutoff to the house that was leaking. They were exceptional and there weren't any surprises. I will continue to use these folks. Super job!

It is so nice to work with a company that is responsive and very professional. They are easy to work with from the phone call for scheduling to the plumber who did the service.

I called to have my exterior faucet fixed. They came out the same day within hours. When he got there he informed me that it might be covered by my home warranty, and sure enough, it was. I appreciated his honesty.

This was the second time we had used this provider, and both times we were well pleased. The technicians cleared both drains - the first time going all the way to the main sewer line (probably 125 feet - and the problems have not reoccurred. They were punctual, efficient, and cleaned up after the job was complete.

Arrived on time and on a Sunday! Quickly went to work and explained what he was doing throughout his investigation of the leak. Was just getting ready to leave when insurance representative arrived and showed him the defect and explained his work. Very efficient, friendly and professional.

Went smoothly for the most part, we have a cold air return that was in the way, but he was able to come up with a work around.

We started off with a slight scheduling hiccup (I was not notified that I was on their schedule to start work). They arrived and I was not prepared (washer/dryer moved out of the way and basement area cleared). We worked it out - they moved the washer/dryer - and work began. It took 3 days (M-W), as quoted, to complete. After the concrete in my basement cured, a crew showed up to move my washer and dryer back to their original place. I am very pleased with their service and would recommend them to anyone seeking a reliable plumbing company.

I had a pipe burst in my basement. Water was all over the back half of my basement. Waterworks came and replaced the portion that was damaged.

Wow. What a great company. I have never been so happy to give my money to a plumber! I came home to a sewer backup in my basement on a Friday night, called their 24-hour service line at 10pm, and they sent Andy out at 8:30am the next morning on Sat. Not only was the individual that I spoke to at the answering service one of the most professional and pleasant people ever, he was well-spoken and answered all of my numerous, silly questions. The plumber they sent, Andy, was phenomenal. He got the line opened in no time flat, educated me about the drains in older homes, discussed the option of a pipe liner down the road, and included a 1-year warranty on his work. As a single-woman homeowner, its a blessing to work with home repair technicians that are respectful and don't make you feel like an idiot when they explain the details of their repair work, just because you are female. Andy was awesome and I will definitely ask for him again if I ever need to call Waterworks.This company understands how to deliver great customer service!!

Came on time did not try to sell me more services than I needed! I have used them twice now very good.

The technician was polite and arrived on schedule (actually arrived earlier than I had expected because I called at 10am to schedule an appointment and was given the noon-4pm slot, but the tech called at 11:30am to let me know he would be there at noon). The work took about an hour and a half for the whole process from assessment of the situation to the completion of the recommended solution.

I was having problems with my pilot light on my water heater being blown out during storms. They came out, relit the pilot and recommended the replacement. I had it done and no trouble since.

Great job - no leaks and no problems.

I called around 10am when I discovered my sump pump was not working. They arrived by 1pm and had a replacement ready to go. The install was about 1 hour and I was pleased with the work. The price was a little high, but I guess you get what you pay for... fast service and top quality pump. Will use again if in a pinch.

I have used Waterworks on several occasions, and they have always been prompt and responsive. It seems like so many water issues tend to be emergencies, and it is good to know that they are around to help. The last time they were here, they fixed a leaky pipe under the kitchen sink. He told me what was needed, and didn't try to sell me more than I needed, like other contractors did.

The initial call was because of a leak in a rubber hose coming from the ice maker to the water filter which was spewing water in the basement However, after finding that our sump pump and water softener were both not working, we had them replaced. Because of the age of the original copper pipes (over 30 years), we had the ones in worst condition replaced. They also had to dig up the concrete to install pipes for underground drainage from the sump pump. It was disappointing to find the extent of work needed, but we were pleased with the response time and the expertise of the employees who worked on the various jobs, and we felt their prices were fair.

Excellent service, friendly professional workman, who had all parts need for the repair in his truck. Took care not to track anything into or out of the house.

Repairman was on time, polite and incredibly considerate. Finished replacing our old defective pump quickly and for MUCH less than expected. VERY HIGHLY recommended.

They were prompt and courtious. However, quoted me $500 for work that wasnt needed. I was told the lines were switched in the wall, but they weren't. It was a valve within the unit (faucet) that needed to be flipped. Had I not got a second opinion, I would be out $500.

We've used them for a number of years and have always been more than satisfied (even when we pay for the service!)
