The Waterworks

The service tech called ahead of arrival as promised, was on-time, and extremely knowledgeable/thorough in identifying and explaining the issue. Because of the type of damage, and potential additional work involved, he had to come back the following week to complete the job. I had no issues with this as I originally intended to price-shop the repair. However, I ultimately kept my appointment time with Waterworks and they completed the job as promised. Since I did not price shop it, I'm unsure if I paid an appropriate price, but venture to say it was a little high based on man hours on the final repair. Regarding quality of service, water drains from the house fine. My only hesitation (and why I rated it a B) is thatthe dirt mound left behind was not leveled and required additional attention from my end to blend back down.

Zack was AWESOME. It was after hours and they cam promptly and fixed the issue. Columbia Gas was a complete nightmare about turning the service back on. The idiot from the gas company came at midnight and made up an excuse for not turning the gas on based on how the repair was done so he wouldn't have to do a complete inspection. The next day, Zack and the Waterworks team were awesome at working with Columbia Gas to remedy.. He gave us his personal cell phone and worked with them to get the issue resolved and our gas back up and running. Loyal customer for life!

Went great! Pearl was wonderful and very efficient.

It was just about a week before Christmas and I was expecting a houseful of family. I noticed the crack due to the leak. I called The Waterworks, and they did the repair the same day. The man was finished within less than 2 hours. He had to chip away concrete to get at the pipe.

The gentleman did a wonderful job, and explained to us the set up, care and coding for our county. Truly impressed with the professionalism. Our whole house is electric, so we didn't have to worry about the gas hook up. But we do have a humidifier, and he showed us how the lines ran. And they took away our old water heater too. We recommend them for the job!

He did the work in a professional manner, they were very courteous, and finished the job in a timely manner. They even carried the trash from my well to the dumpster which I was very pleased with. I would highly recommend them to others. They did a great job.

They have been here twice. The were wonderful both times. They come at the time they say they will show up.

This service was well worth the expense. We discovered that could easily fixed the issues in our drain pipes ourselves.

Everything was trouble free. They came when they were supposed to, and cleaned up the mess after.

The plumbers were skilled, professional, friendly. They found more of a leak than they at first had stated (from the toilet) and repaired all of the area. They cleaned up pretty well. Could have been more thorough, but swept up.

Both holes had been sawed in order to locate the bathroom leak and to repair the plumbing. The worker, very skilled and hard-working, had to attach wallboard and plaster patches intl the holes. He then had to plaster in the cracks around the patches. After that dried, he sanded the patches and then painted the entire ceiling. He smoothed and applies some plaster along the water damaged wall. The plaster job was quite well done. He was neat, cleaned up well, even wiping up the plaster dusty floor with a wet rag.

Great. Brian Brockman did a great job and said that if I had any further problems he would be right out again. He went through it more that once to get out all the tree roots and insure water was running through it freely.

They are very good about cleaning up after themselves.

Arrived on time. Took care to not track dirt in the house. Performed repairs quickly and efficiently. . Explained the repair process. Courteous and professional at all times Suggested ways to save on the expense (reminded us of our Angie's list coupon, etc.). Will not hesitate to call again for plumbing needs and will be happy to recommend Waterworks (and the gentlemen who performed the repairs) to anyone!

One expects to pay a premium for weekend service. It was very helpful to have the Angie's List coupon to defray the cost. The job was completed on a Saturday night within. A couple of hours of the initial call. We were very satisfied with the service provided and our drains are running clear.

I was so impressed. He came out the next day after inspecting the video and pictures and informed that the problem was not with our pipes. I was so amazed that he came out and notified me about this when he knew that he wasn’t getting the job. They were very prompt. I thought the amount I paid for the work completed was very reasonable.
