Very professional & completed the job accurately. Little expensive but given service levels it was worthy. They have very good instant quote systems & ability to quickly bill / send email etc.

The technician removed the toilet, put in a new wax seals, and leveled the toilet when he re-installed it. The issue was that the floor wasn't level and eventually the bolts would come loose and potential rocking of the toilet cracked the seal resulting in water running down the stack into the basement. The technician assessed the issue and took care of the job quickly. I was able to get an appointment within 24 hours of calling and I used a coupon to knock a few bucks off the service charge. Overall, the issue has been resolved and no returning leak.

The plumber they sent was unprofessional. He told me after they couldn't fix the problem that it would be okay and he would give me the "hot chick" discount. After I refused to pay the bill of $500+ that day (they made the issue worse and told me there was nothing they could do and left while water was pouring into my house) he became agitated and told me that if I didn't pay that day then my bill would be taken out of his paycheck. He proceeded to call me three times after he left, getting more upset each time, and telling me that since I didn't pay my bill he wouldn't be able to pay medical bills for his daughter who is at Nationwide Childrens. I spoke with his supervisor and the issue was resolved but I will never use them again nor would I recommend them to anyone.

Overall, the Waterworks did a great job on this project and I would recommend them in terms of service, responsiveness and professionalism. This is the second time I have used the Waterworks for a project and both times they did a great job. For this particular visit, the Waterworks came over the weekend as it was an emergency service so it was very nice that they were able to replace the coupler and restore proper water flow. The only con to using the Waterworks is that they can be expensive so you may want to get a second estimate.

It went fine and they did a good job. They were prompt and did what they said they would do. It ended up well.

Tried to make an appointment with the provider twice. One time they called to inform me that the time I wanted was not available, and they were very nice about it. The second time I tried to make an appointment though, there was no call or anything so I spent the whole day waiting for them to show up and they didn't.

Excellent and quick service.

We love them. They are great people. They have enough depth and expertise that they can always solve the problem no matter what the issue is or how complicated it is. They are pricey but you get what you pay for. They are more expensive.

They completed work in one day. Have had no problems since. They used a heavier gauge drain line to prevent collapse, which had caused our problem. They were careful to avoid our underground sprinkler lines. Our only criticism was that they could have left the lawn a little neater than they did.

I called 4 plumbers and Waterworks came out first. The plumber showed and thoroughly explained to me what had happened to the water line and had to make a hole in my wall to repair and pull my baseboards. The restoration department provided fans to dry out the flooring and walls and reinstalled the baseboards. When it was all done you could not tell water had come into both my dinning room and kitchen...like nothing happened at all. I would definitely use again.

Had a plumber to my house within the hour!

Scheduled a same-day appointment in the morning and the plumber and his apprentice arrived in the late afternoon. They were very professional: wore booties inside the house; explained what the problem was, what they would do, and how much it would cost. Job took about 2 hours and work appears to be very clean and well-done. Only downside was the cost. I was a bit surprised that it would cost that much to replace a gas shut-off valve, but I had little choice because of the urgency of the repair.

We had replaced two toilets and had changed out the seals in the old toilets and the new toilets, and both toilets continued to leak horribly into the basement every time they were flushed. The Waterworks tech ask to see how each toilet leaked, and then set to work. He discovered that both flanges were warped and would not seal properly. He flattened both flanges and newly sealed each toilet. He asked to see the basement again after each repair to verify each toilet was no longer leaking. They have not leaked since. He did the job we asked him to do for a price that was completely fair. The only thing that would have made the experience A+ would be if he'd cleaned up the trash and wiped up in each bathroom. These were insignificant in comparison to how happy we are to have both toilets fixed.

He did a wonderful job. I hadn't used this shower in awhile and it had froze up. He didn't have any issues with repairing it and seemed to be very knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend them to others.

Had a gas valve replaced on the hot water heater. The job took two days due to getting the correct valve. The repairman was courteous, professional, and efficient in installing the valve. Have used this company in the past and will use them again in the future. The Angie List coupon helped with the cost.

everything went well. it wasn't as bad as we thought. they were very professional and got the job done quickly. It was done on a weekend so we thought it would be very expensive, but it was reasonable.

Since it was a tight fit for the dishwasher under a heavy granite countertop and in a corner with less than 1 inch of room between the side of the dishwasher and the cabinets - this was no easy feat. It was also the likely reason the install wasn't done properly by the other service provider. , The Waterworks did a fabulous job. My septic system is working properly and there have been no water backups. I have used the Waterworks before and will continue to use them for any plumbing concerns.

We remodeled the kitchen of an older house before moving in. After a few uses of the kitchen sink it started to drain very slowly. After many store bought products were used in vain, we called Waterworks. It was less than 90 minutes from first contact to the plumber ringing the doorbell. (Awesome!) And not for any extra cost either. (Double awesome!) He assessed the situation and gave me a quote for hourly service. Some sticker shock, but the Angie's List coupon helped ease that. [After talking to friends, Waterworks` prices seem to be on par for professional plumbing services. And in retrospect, I could have saved over $30 by calling Waterworks first and not using the store bought products.] Worked quickly, cleanly. Snaked beyond the P trap to discover the cause of the slow draining. Gave us helpful hints of how to prevent it again due to our unique drainage set up in basement.

While a bit pricier than their competitors, The Waterworks is an outstanding company. We awoke at 6 AM on a Saturday morning to find a leak in our water heater and the basement floor partially water-covered. We called Waterworks and within an hour a technician was on site and solving the problem. By noon we had a new water heater in and were back to normal. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and diligent. What especially impressed us is that he researched the leaking water heater and determined that it was still under warranty... by two weeks! This saved us almost $900. The technician also noted some incorrect installation on the previous water heater that likely led to it failing before it should have. All in all, we could not be happier with the service we received.
