Description of Work: The plumber, Jeremy Milliser, was very professional, calling us on the appointed day to let us know he was on the way & when he would arrive. When he got here, he went to work, found all the problems, & pointed out, namely, leaking faucets in the kitchen & bathroom. As both faucets had previously been repaired multiple times, he/we decided to replace them. He also noticed water dripping in another bathroom & determined only caulking around the sink was needed & he did that too (no charge). A few minutes after he left, my wife discovered a new leak in the kitchen sink area & called the plumber to come back. He arrived about an hour later & found a loose bolt in a different area than he worked earlier & fixed it at no charge. We've use Waterworks on many occasions to fix our plumbing problems & every time they were prompt, courteous, & professional. We wouldn't hesitate in calling them again for future needs.

Description of Work: Sump Pump lines were crushed on the outside of the house and leading into the house causing water to leak back into the basement wall. Plumber replaced all lines that needed replaced and cleaned up the area very professionally after showing me everything that was done. Price was less than I expected for work performed.
