Description of Work: I noticed a leak in the main exit pipe and called. they sent someone out that day, inspected it gave me a price and said they would return the next morning with the proper pipe. They gave a price and I accepted. They were here the next morning repaired the problem. I had a coupon and paid the bill. They were on time and very professional. They cleaned up the area also. I have used them before and always call Waterworks whenever I need a plumber.

Description of Work: Waterworks charged us $202 to remove old 4-hole faucet and replace with a new one we had already bought. The trip charge was $35, the labor was $187 (with $20 off for coupon labor was $167). The task was completed in an hour or less. OUTRAGEOUS! We will never use this company again.

Description of Work: Called and explained that I wanted a price to install a city water pressure sump pump. These pumps use the city water pressure to pump 1 gallon of water for every five gallons cycled, to be used as a back-up. Waterworks sent over a Technician to give me a price for a battery back-up sump pump and a generator driven sump pump. This is not what I requested. Then they wanted a $75 fee for coming out. I declined to pay and told them that I clearly expressed what I wanted and someone should have contacted me and let know know they could not provide what I requested.

Description of Work: We are remodeling and updating a full bathroom and needed the bath/shower hardware changed out to new...Julie showed up on time and gave me lots of suggestions to make the job more successful. She did a good job as quick as possible-the drain change-out was a horrible job to be stuck with,and it took about 5 hours. I would recommend this company and Julie to anyone else.
