Description of Work: Zack removed small screw that had fallen in my garbage disposal with the dish water. Checked to see if he coulld replace my shower head but was unable to do so for fear of damaging the wall. It is really frozen on the pipe. Very helpful as was the previous plumber Mike who repaired a leaking faucet,worked on the same shower head, and cleared the basement main sewer drain 8-3-12 for $454.00.

Description of Work: My shower was leaking into my downstairs bathroom, I called at 7am and Biff was at my door by 9:10. He inspected the leak, gave me the estimate,a nd got straight to work. we had to move stuff out of a closet to access the plumbing undernaeth the shower and Biff put all the stuff bacl into the closet without being asked.

Description of Work: I spoke with the receptionist and she suggestied I speak with the owner Keith. Keigh was on a job but she would leave a mesage with him to call me. No call.

Description of Work: When leaving for work this morning I saw a large amount of water damage from a problem in the bathtub. I called Waterworks this morning and they had someone at my house an hour and a half later. Zach looked at the faucet in the tub and realized that it had a bad part. He explained the problems and had it fixed in an hour. He was very professional. With an leak like this, I didn't exactly have time to shop around prices so do not know if the price is high or low but I feel Waterworks did an exceptional job for me and will use them again should I have any plumbing needs.

Description of Work: Called company and within a few minutes had callback for service. Serviceman arrived in about a half hour. He was clean, courteous and professional. Fixed broken toilet tank part, cleaned up and gave us available discounts. Late afternoon company called to see if we were satisfied.

Description of Work: Our sump failed on a Saturday night and after calling number of plumbers the folks at Waterworks came out and replaced it. While the price seemed a bit high to me they did very good work and were friendly and we have had no problems with it since then.

Description of Work: They came to my house because I had a sewer backup in my basement. The tech suggested I pay extra to have a camera run to show the problem. I paid the extra, only to find later that the camera didn't "show" anything since the pipe was full and the pictures were "cloudy". I was told the sewer drainage pipe was broken and they marked the spot on my property (outside) where the break supposedly was. I used another company to excavate in that exact spot and guess what...Waterworks didn't have the spot correct. In fact, they were off by a good 5 feet. Never again...

Description of Work: My toilet base was leaking into my crawlspace. We figured it was a bad phlange and it was. Zac was amazing and offered suggestions as to what he could do to fix it. Thank goodness my subflooring wasn't rotted! He was prompt, professional and cleaned up after his work. Definitely an A+ job and company!!! GO WATERWORKS!!!

Description of Work: I called about 0830 in the morning and they came about 1130 and it wasn't an emergency call. I had a slow drain in the floor of my basement. The young man came unclogged the drain and didn't leave a mess anywhere. He was prompt, efficient and friendly. The price was good especially with the Angie's list coupon-Thank you Angie and Thank you Waterworks.

Description of Work: Waterworks fixed stopped drain and leaking shower nozzle. They gave me good advice. For example, told me that I could get a free cartridge from Moen because the cartridges have a life-time warranty. They also gave me a new shower pull. The plumbers were neat and clean. My only criticism is that they were late. The appointment was scheduled for 3:30 and the plumbers arrived about 4:45.

Description of Work: THE WATERWORKS - a pipe was put on hot water tank and they found a small gas leak in the water tank. I had drain clean out in the upstairs bathroom.

Description of Work: They replaced 2 faucets, fixed a leaky sink and tightened up a faucet handle. They called Kohler and ordered new parts and informed me that Kohler products have a lifetime warranty. Love them!

Description of Work: We made an alarming discovery of black, slimy mold and an amazing white growth on the filter in our whole-house humidifier. Keith arrived a few minutes before out 10:00 a.m. appointment (refreshing in this day of tardy contractors). He was incredibly polite (removing his boots as he stepped inside our home), very attentive as I explained our situation, and knew exactly what happened. He offered professional and competent reassurance that we almost certainly did not have a housewide mold problem. Fortunately, the mold issue was isolated and needed nothing more that disposal of the offending (and probably contaminated at installation) filter. He gave suggestions on what to do if we realize a return of any mold. He inspected the HVAC system and confirmed that this was a localized problem. He offered to have the mold tested but indicated it probably would not be worth the expense. He examined several areas of concern we had related to discolorations on carpeting we feared were mold-related and, again, assured us that we did not have a problem. And, what did all this professional service cost . . . not a penny. I feel guilty. But I know if we or anyone we know have a concern about mold, Prisim will get a call. What a great experience under unsettling circumstances. If you ever have concerns about mold issues, Prism should be high on your list of solutions.

Description of Work: Greg came out to give us an estimate on installing a deduct meter, a feedback pipe for our hot water, moving the gas line for our gas grill, and a couple of other items. He came out the same day that I called and seemed very knowledgeable. He took my email address and was going to send me an estimate for the work. That was almost 6 weeks ago. After the first four weeks, I called and was told my message would be passed along to him. After 5 weeks, I called again, still no estimate or response. While waiting for this estimate, two of our toilets clogged and they came out and fixed them and were very professional about it. However, based on the lack of response on my request for an estimate, I don't think I will use them again.

Description of Work: Had water and mold problem on concrete block/drywall in small crawl space under stairway. They came out and removed drywall, molding pieces and put a commercial fan in area to help dry walls out. They also sealed the area with a zippered plastic "door". They were very professional, courteous and did a great job. Would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: My day care had a leaky faucet that had been repaired by a friend. It didn't work and was getting worse. When I called Waterworks they had someone here that afternoon. They also checked another sink that was emitting odors. They checked and said the pipe needed to be replaced. They replaced the pipe and the odor is gone. I also had a slow running sink and they sent someone else to check it out. It is old and couldn't be snaked. However they did fix it so it drains better. Since I already had one worker here they did not charge me a service call for the second person to fix the drain. I have used Water Works several times and would recommend them as professional, polite and reasonable.

Description of Work: Had a leak in our shower. It turned out to be bad caulking. The company rep was here about 10 minutes and found it. I fixed it myself. Charge for coming out and spending 10 minutes was $125. Thought it was a little steep, but he did find the problem/
