Description of Work: Had appointment scheduled on June 11 at 2pm. At 4:30pm, I called to find out where the tech was. They sent a supervisor who arrived at 5:20pm. He said he would email me an estimate by today (June 13), and I have NOT received estimate. I would not recommend this business.

Description of Work: Initially I called my home warranty(AHS) to resolve a problem with the leaky faucet attached to the outside of my house. They sent out a water solution to replace the hose bid but instead of replacing it they couldn't get it off and caused a leak now on the INSIDE of my house and started a lil fired in the basement to the 1st floor, floor joist (smoke alarm went off & everything) The technician couldn't fix it so transferred the call back to my home warranty company to see if another company could fix and then LEFT!!(water still leaking outside & now inside my house). The next plumber came out looked, said the water need to be cutoff at the street and Left! Still leaking. Neither wanted to come back to correct the issue the one caused now. After 24 hours of leaking water, I called the water company to come cut off the water at the street & took matters into my own hands. got on Angie's list found Waterworks and called.. Great from start to finish! The lady that answered was so nice & helpful and dispatched Daren Miller quickly. Daren was AWESOME! Came in, put on footies, understood the issue and FIXED. replaced the leaky faucet & correct the leaky pipe the other company caused. He explained why it leaked, how he fixed things, how to prevent unnecessary leak damage. Absolutely professional, responsive, timely, and understood his craft.

Description of Work: Prompt Service to replace a faulty water heater. Both servicemen who came out were courteous, professional, and did a great job doing the work and cleaning up. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Excellent experience. I called at 9 am with a stopped up floor drain in the basement. The person who answered was friendly and set up an appointment for the same day. Brian arrived on time and went right to work. He was efficient and friendly. He had all the tools and although he made only a small mess he cleaned it up beautifully. My drain is running great. It usually stops up once every 3 to 5 years (tree roots) and I will definitely call Waterworks again. Also I used my $20 coupon available from Angie's list. Kudos!

Description of Work: My daughter's bathroom drains (tub and sink) were clogged (with her long hair). I called on Monday (New Year's eve) morning expecting to schedule something later in the week. To my surprise I was offered a time the very same afternoon. The plumber was thorough and courteous. He arrived a bit past 4:00 (we expected him a bit sooner); but he stayed until it was done despite the fact that it was New Year's Eve.

Description of Work: I called Prism Restoration because of the great reviews on Angie's List and I wholeheartedly agree, they are great! Keith met us at a house that we were in contract on to do a visual mold inspection as the house had a previous mold history. Keith was professional, honest and incredibly fair.. Other people would have charged me for a full out inspection etc but Keith offered to come look at the house to decide what sort of inspection and air testing we might need. Before we even got to needing an inspection and/or testing he found some issues that meant we withdrew our offer on the house without any further testing. Keith only charged us a very reasonable rate for a report to give to the sellers. If I ever need any mold services, I will call Prism right away! Thanks so much!

Description of Work: Our basement drain backed up every year or so. We learned of a new kind of drain that was highly recommended, and found that Waterworks was licensed to install this drain. The drain was replaced from our basement to the street access under a manhole cover. They sent a Kind of soft plastic pipe the length of the drain from our house to the street. This material then hardened into a hard plastic. We have not had a sewer back-up since. So we call Waterworks whenever we have a plumbing-type problem.

Description of Work: We bought a new water heater for our home from the Water works company and they came out and installed it for us. The day that we noticed our hot water tank was leaking, we searched and called around for models and prices. We found Waterworks to be a friendly and nice front office type of response and phone call. They were willing to be prompt and come out the same day and install the model that we selected. We selected them even though they were not the cheapest alternative in town, because of friendly attitude, there were good reviews about this company online and they were willing to give us same day service. As it turned out, when we had the county inspectors come out and look the work over, it did not pass because they used the wrong diameter exhaust pipe, so we had to have Waterworks come back out and redo the pipes, But they did this at no extra cost to us because they said it should have been put in to code from the start. They were still very friendly and accommodating the 2nd time out. I would use this company again.

Description of Work: Arriving home in the evening from work, we found we had a sump pump malfunction. Called Waterworks about 7:20 pm for emergency service. A guy named Keith called us back fairly soon. He kept quoting me prices all over the board - the last 2 prices were: $600 to install a sump pump. When I hit the roof, he backed off and said that if we supplied the pump, it would be $400 to install our own pump. Then he came back with, no, it would be $660 if they used their pump, but $460. if we supplied the pump. Now I'm getting angry and said "You are jacking me around, and then I used some vulgar language and hung up. Bottom line, the 3rd plumbing company we called actually had a human being on the line, and quoted us $350. to come out within 1 hour to 1.5 hours and that price included the pump. They were wonderful. Waterworks goes into the category of plumbing contractors who act like they are some kind of savior, when, in actuality, they are the kind of people who would charge Grandma rent if she had to come and live with them. We will never use Waterworks, and we will never recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: They gave me an estimate for a new heating and ac unit. They were very professional and reviewed everything with me. I was pleased with the experience and considered using them for this project.
