Description of Work: Cleared clogged kitchen drain. Quick response with off hours calls available for an additional charge (didn't use). Very professional, checked for leaks after clearing the clog and re-assembled the drain pipes under the sink that I had taken apart.

Description of Work: Service was great. We had a leak in our basement - came out promptly, explained things thoroughly and answered questions, and left things better than they found it. Took preventative measures to help ensure leak would not happen again as things had not been done right the first time.

Description of Work: Replaced bath tub drain. Repair was very hard to complete due to limited access. Repairman worked hard and made proper repairs at a fair price. I also used the Angie's List discount coupon.

Description of Work: They quickly unclogged the bathroom sink. The plumber was courteous, treated my novice questions respectfully & wore booties to not track mud. They are my preferred company.

Description of Work: I have used Waterworks before. In general, I like the skill and professionalism of their plumbers--though I've had a few duds too. I called to have them look for a leak and repair a drain. They gave me the usual--extremely annoying--4 hour window. Normally, they arrive within the first hour of the window. This time they didn't arrive at all!! No phone call from the service person. It is bad enough that they charge too much. But for those prices, they should have better scheduling and much better customer relations!

Description of Work: They cleared main stack, and they were great to work with. However they did not have correct snake to do bathtub. Given the size of that truck, and fact I asked for bathtub too, so I'm downrating them to a B; they should've had that tool imo, or had someone bring it out. Not a huge deal, and I'm not dissatisfied, but I am not quite delighted. | |Note they took the cost of the bathtub off their initial estimate, so no worry there, and they said they'd call back tomorrow.

Description of Work: Nothing. They refused to provide an estimate on the phone for the install (replacement) of a garbage disposal and kitchen faucet. I don't have time to take off work to have an estimate done for something as mundane as this. Really, ridiculous.

Description of Work: Repair, replaced subpump and hooked up backup battery. Installed all new piping inside and outside home where it was leaking.

Description of Work: I was told my appointment would be around 9:00 am. After phone calls every hour they finally showed at 4:00 and didn't have the part on the truck. I ended up getting a new faucet from the manufacturer and had someone else install.

Description of Work: Had an overflow pipe that was bubbling out water even though the sump pump was working fine. The pipe I had replaced a few years ago had developed a root clog toward the street which caused the water to backup and overflow. They ran a borer through the pipe removed the clog then ran a camera up to the pipes to make sure it was clear. Didn't take long to do at all and the water is flowing from the sump pump to the street just fine now.

Description of Work: We had a leak in our sewage drain pipe. The plumber was efficient, polite, and thorough . He cleaned up and was careful not to dirty our carpet. He saved us from a disaster .

Description of Work: They installed a new faucet in my rental property. The person I spoke with on the phone was unable to provide an estimate over the phone.

Description of Work: Replace hot water heater and brought venting and water shut offs up to code since the code has changed since the water heater was replaced last time.

Description of Work: After calling the company and asking if they charge extra to crawl into a crawl space (which is where our pipes are)I was told no, I was also told I wouldn't be charged anything for the service call- only the service if they did the work. Turns out this was a leak coming from the roof after the big snow we had and it was coming down in between the dry wall and on to our carpet. The Waterworks guy was here for all of 5 minutes when he tells me it's not a pipe issue then proceeds to ask if I wanted him to get in the attic to check the roof, told him no, then he asks if I want him to tear back the carpet where the leak was, um no, your not a roofer or a carpet installer so why would I have him do this? Long story short he went out to the van he came in and brought in paper work wanting me to pay him $95.00 dollars? I asked him you didn't do anything and I was told by the company you only charge for the service performed? Then he hem hauled around to tell me he crawled under the crawl space, told him I was told you do not charge to do that, then he said "well, I drove all the way here from Westerville" mind you I'm 20 minutes from Westerville. Told him I was going to call the company then he left. Very shady people working there. I did figure out why he wanted to all these "other" services (pulling the carpet back, checking the roof) He told me if he does any other special services he would charge the service call. So he was just trying to make sure he got paid for something, unfortunately for him I had already asked all the right questions when I booked the appointment and no they do not charge extra to get into the crawl space. Sorry guy!

Description of Work: Came at night thinking there was a frozen pipe. Determined that there was no frozen pipe but a problem with a valve. adjusted valve and working properly.
