The Waterworks

Description of Work: They left me a phone message telling me that first had to come out to see the problem (several days from the call) then they would schedule the work. I had already been without hot water for several days and didn't think I should have to go through multiple steps to get resolution. The caller seemed very matter of fact and not interested in getting my business. I never heard from them again with any type of follow up. The company I hired called me the same day at the phone I indicated to both companies was the preferred way to reach me. Waterowrks called a different number which also contributed to the delay. I finally decided they probably just didn't need my business because they have too much already.

Description of Work: They unclogged the drain in our master bathroom sink.

Description of Work: Flushed out my water heater and fixed my garbage disposal. They did a great job.

Description of Work: Technician gave a quote on inspection. Cleared a very-slow-running kitchen drain with minimal disruption or mess. Very satisfied to date.

Both Plumbing and Restoration Staff, as well as all office and dispatching contacts extremely efficient and responsive.

Description of Work: Contacted Waterworks for our first issue with our water heater. The technician did not really look at the heater other than tell me that the thermostat and release valve needed replaced. I ordered those parts from the manufacturer as the heater was still under warranty. Scheduled a appointment for Waterworks to come out and swap out the two bad parts. The technician never arrived as the individual in the office never finished processing the appointment when it was made two weeks earlier. Wasted a day of vacation from work and never received an apology when speaking to the representatives on the mix-up. Also never received a follow up from management on what they could do to help correct the issue. In the end it was a blessing I did not pay for their services as there was more than just those two parts that were bad. Entire water heater ended up needing to be replaced and thankfully it was done by their competitor.
