Description of Work: Waterworks came to my home to fix a clogged bathtub drain. They were at my home within an hour of my call. They are always very professional! The service tech also provided info on another possible future problem. No pressure,just information-very refreshing. Problem was fixed quickly and correctly-I used my AngiesList $35 coupon,so the service was $140 instead of $175-I have used Waterworks in the past and won't hesitate in the future

Description of Work: they snaked my basement floor drain, and sent a camera through the line. The Plumber was great, I had a lot of questions and he answered them all and also gave some advise on some other improvements. The only down point was i was told i would get a copy of the video on my drain. I never received one.

Description of Work: They cleared a kitchen sink drain that was very slow running. They took their time in completely clearing the drain (including the mold on the strainer), offered suggestions for temperature of water for fat and grease rinsing, and fully explained the cause of the drain problem.

Description of Work: A hose on our kitchen sink faucet broke on a holiday when we expected out of town company. A service man came promptly, replaced the faucet, and cleaned up after himself. Since the new faucet was a little smaller than the old one, he took the time to clean up a ring hard water deposits before installing the new faucet. He was clean, pleasant and courteous, and wore shoe covers in the house. The repair was expensive but that was due mostly to the holiday and our need for immediate help.

Description of Work: My disposal was leaking water and Waterworks was able to come out the same day (a plus) to look at it. I was contacted several times before the visit to determine I was at home and to advise that someone was available and on their way (a plus). Waterworks recommended replacing the unit, which they did, all in one visit and in a short amount of time (a plus). They also recommended additional plumbing, which I could see was an issue myself (a plus). When the professional left, I felt satisfied my needs were met and within a short amount of time. I would definitely contact Waterworks again if needed.
