Description of Work: They installed a new toilet. They came out the next day I called. Did a great job. I just thought it was a little expensive.

Description of Work: Fixed a pipe that had froze and broke. If our shower was turned on water was pouring into insulation between walls. |Everything was fixed. And he gave us tips to properly insulate pipes so it won't happen again in the future.

Description of Work: We had a sewer backup in our basement. Technician, Rick, came out and ran a snake. He was able to clear tree roots from the pipe. He showed us the clean pipe with a camera. The pipe was clear all the way to the city sewer with no tile breakage.

Description of Work: Fixed a leaking pipe running from the basement to the outside water spicket. Also put on a shut off value so we could turn the water off for the winter.

Description of Work: We had a severe frozen pipe situation. The damage included broken pipes, and water in five rooms. Once we called, a plumber was here in 20 minutes and a restoration team was here with 45 minutes with two trucks and a four man team to start the repairs. We cannot tell you how much we appreciate the quality and responsiveness of this company.

Description of Work: We had a sewer backup in our basement in the evening after normal business hours. We wanted it looked at that evening if possible and Waterworks is available 24/7. When we called to see if they could come out we were told there would be $100 emergency service fee but they would not give even a general estimate of what a clean out service would cost. They would not give any other cost estimate until they were onsite even though we were pretty sure what needed to be done. We went ahead and had them come out and the service technician, David, was very good. He arrived about 2 hours after we called and was very efficient and personable. He cleaned the main sewer line and that did the trick. We were very pleased with the service other than their refusal to give any cost estimates over the phone. Not really sure how their cost compares as we did not shop around much. The technician gets an A+ but we would shop around more next time and go with a company that would give us a general cost estimate prior to coming out.

Description of Work: They fixed a 100+ year old cast iron pipe that had leaked on and off for a few years, plumbed a new sink/dishwasher/refrigerator in room that had been a dining area and had no plumbing anywhere near it, they plumbed an all new bathroom and lastly ran lines for a washer/dryer. Hardworking group - fair quote from Al, and excellent work by Jeremy and his crew. Very happy to have gone with them for the project and couldn't recommend them enough.
