Description of Work: Fixed a leaking waste stack in the basement. They were thorough enough to check for the source of the leak to ensure they got it right and then did the repair and then checked the repair before leaving. |Professional and personable. Very satisfied.

Description of Work: Replaced workings in 2 toilets and replaced water heater. | |I didn't compare prices since I had used them before and was very pleased with the results.

Description of Work: Came out trying to fix an leaking septic pipeline. Ran camera through line thinking dip in line was the leaking problem. Brought out small backhoe dug a 2 x 4 foot hole that was bone dry. Did not fix anything and still charged me $2400. Said they could dig up around the septic tank and check it out. Then proceed to tell me that they are not certified to do septic tank work. They had NO business doing any outside work and I had to hire another company ACE septic.

Description of Work: Found water leak problem and fixed it. Also, used restoration service with Waterworks to clean up damage. This amount has not been finalized, used my insurance deductible to pay and they will bill insurance.

Description of Work: When the service man arrived he determined that our problem had been resolved and since he did not actually pen reform a service there was no charge. When did that ever happen before? No service call fee. I would call them again in a heartbeat, I wouldn't be afraid that there would be unnecessary work done ar inflated prices.

Description of Work: Replaced sump pump. The technician found that the float valve was sticking. I opted to replace the sump pump. With all the rain that we have been experiencing, I greatly appreciate the same day service.

Description of Work: They installed a gas line in our laundry room. It went well, the time to do it was less than projected. My husband had a concern when he came home, but called the plumber and he can over at the end of his long day and corrected it.

Description of Work: I had hired another company to clean my drain when I had sewage back up out of my basement floor drain at the end of November and when the problem occurred again 6 weeks later, the previous company would not warrant their work. I called the Waterworks on January 28, 2015 come to fix whatever was causing my main line drain to back up. Waterworks came out the same day, then charged me approximately $240 to stick a camera in my main line and tell me there was nothing wrong (even though you could clearly see the water backing up before he stuck the camera in the main line). Thankfully I requested a warranty because I did not want pay for the same issue again with no resolution and I wasn't convinced there was nothing that wrong. Well, on March 24th the sewer line once again backed up in my basement. Waterworks did come out free of charge and this time determined there was a section that had not been cleared properly all the way back in November and that they must have missed with their camera the last time they were out. After they snaked the main line, it has not backed up since.

Description of Work: They unplugged a stopped toilet in Five minutes. They did a good job. I saved 35 dollars because I am a member of Angies List, however, I thought that $135 dollars for a five minute job was high. I knew about the fee because the serviceman told me when he came to my house. However, he was there and we needed the toilet unstopped.

Description of Work: The hot water was not coming on in the bathtub in one of our bathrooms. They had to replace a piece. We also had them fix a drain stop and adjust the position of the facets.

Description of Work: They unplugged my garbage disposal twice, the first time they fixed my garbage disposal, and it was not your routine press the little button, to reset it. I had a piece of metal wedged inside of it. The serviceman was very professional. He did have to come back right after he left, as I went to use it later in the day and the disposal still didn't work.He returned quickly and fixed it.

Description of Work: Our toilet was clugged so I scheduled Waterworks. They arrived on time and had all the necessary tools on their truck. I used them is the past and was quite satified. The technician Chris, took his time with his auger and released the clog. It took many turns to release the clog. Chris was very nice and professional. I would definately hire them again.
