Description of Work: Our relative inexpensive kitchen faucet literally fell apart. I purchased a great faucet from Lowe's and called Waterworks to install it. A plumber came with an apprentice and installed the faucet. I don't remember the cost, but it seems to me it was a bit high. They did good work and I'd probably use them again.

Description of Work: They used cameras to determine what needed to be fixed or replaced in our 3 downspouts. Another company suggested replacing all 3 at a cost of $10,000. Waterworks suggested repairing the only one which was presenting a problem. While it may just be a band-aid, it certainly is worth saving the money, as the other 2 are functioning at the moment.

Description of Work: We called because our water heater was not working. After fixing only what my husband pointed out as what he thought was the problem, the technician left. Mere hours later we "discovered" an additional problem. When we called we were informed it would cost an additional trip charge and that it was probably a part that would cost us almost as much as a new water heater. Based on this information, we went shopping for a new water heater. The very helpful people at the hardware store suggested that we have the gas company come out (for free) to inspect our existing unit before purchasing a new one. Low and behold some wires had mysteriously come loose, and once tightened the problem was fixed. The water has worked fine for over a month now, and we will NEVER use waterworks again.

Description of Work: They set up an appointment with me to come do the work then later told me that I wasn't in their service area and that I would have to pay for their travel time at $98 an hour. Very disappointing.
