Description of Work: They came out and recommended that we wait until it got warmer to see if the problem was a frozen pipe. If frozen, they said it would be a waste of our money to clean it out as it would refreeze. They said that if we insisted to do the drain cleaning they would, but they recommended we wait. They said when it gets warmer, if the problem persists, then to please call them back. They charged us nothing for this call! They are a very professional company.

Description of Work: The guy they sent to do the work for us was very rude and acted as if he owns the company! This is a big company however I'm sure other people are good but we had a bad experience with one of them! Sometimes one person can damage reputation of whole company..

Description of Work: They scheduled an estimator right away ane it was a Saturday. He came out the following Monday and they had everything done by the following Monday. The project was delayed so the the City of Columbus could schedule to get the valve riser cleaned out in order to turn off the water.
