Description of Work: For plumbing work, I have used Waterworks before. They replaced an outdoor faucet for me.

Description of Work: They were very professional and went above and beyond.

Description of Work: They replaced a kitchen faucet and a burst hosebib. They were punctual and professional, showed problem-solving skill in getting the new faucet to behave (it didn't want to retract), and took a look at another issue that turned out not to be plumbing related. Very positive experience.

Description of Work: very professional, work was accomplished in prompt order. Checking out the AC was the task. It was a bit pricey, as I didn't remember the coolant being so expensive.

Description of Work: Very professional in helping me fix some gas problems in a house that is part of an estate. Able to be trusted and gas company verified there was quality work done.

Description of Work: Cleared a clogged drain that turned out to be an air relief valve problem. The entire process went as expected. The plumber showed up when he said he would, performed the requested service, made sure we understood the costs involved before he began working, completed the work in a timely fashion and was polite, competent and professional throughout the entire time he was in our home.

Description of Work: Waterworks does excellent work and I have never had to wait a long time. In the fall the plumber who came to fix a broken water line found the gas leak I had asked several others to find. Finally my new house does not smell.

Description of Work: a representative came out promptly and examined our cracked drain pipe and informed us that we would need further repairs after temporarily fixing the immediate problem. He was very professional and explained our problem to us so that we understood what we had to do. We scheduled to have him come out again and do permanent repairs.

Description of Work: Opened kitchen drain down to the basement, found leak from second floor bathroom that leaked into garage ceiling and closet. Rebuilt ceiling and painted.

Description of Work: Scheduled to arrive between noon and 4 pm. Finally showed up at 5:30, and stayed 5 minutes to give a quote because the parts needed can not be bought after 5. That's interesting because if they were to show as scheduled, we would not have that issue.

Description of Work: Waterworks came out to assess a broken water heater (age 10 years old). |Technician said it needed parts-cost was $244. |The next day no hot water. Another technician came out and said it needed another part (that they would have to order) --- another $200 plus. When asked if we shouldn't just purchase a new water heater - age of this one was over 10 years old...technician had no recommendation. We agreed to ordering the part and was told 2-3 days max. (this was Tuesday pm) Heard nothing from company on Wednesday or Thursday. Thinking surely the part would be in and ready to install on Friday I contacted company on Friday am to ensure that we would be on the schedule for the part install on Friday. Was told at that time, there was a problem with shipping and the part would not make it here until Monday. That would mean 7 days without hot water. At this point I told company this was unacceptable. |Contacted another company and when technician came out he assessed the situation and recommended replacing the water heater - stating life expectancy of these are only about 10 years. |If Waterworks would have told us that on Monday - they could have installed a new one on Monday or at the latest Tuesday. | |That is part of what we pay them for, their expertise with appliances that they deal with everyday. |Very disappointed that they did not provide the expertise on the life expectancy of the water heater so we could make an informed decision.

Description of Work: They were wonderful. I was warned that it may cost over $1,800 to fix the damages but they were able to do it quick and efficiently for under $350.00. They really went out of there way to help me.
