THEY WORKED AROUND MY WORK HOURS TO GIVE ME AN APPOINTMENT LATE IN THE AFTERNOON. THE REPAIRMAN WAS VERY HONEST TO JUST ADJUST THE FLOATING MECHANISM IN THE TOILET. I WOULD NOT HAVE KNOWN IF A NEW ONE WAS NEEDED OR NOT. THE HONESTY OF THE COMPANY WAS MOST APPRECIATED.
