ALSO, WHEN HE TOOK THE TOILET OFF, THE SHUT OFF VALVE WAS PREVIOUSLY BROKEN (THIS COMPANY DID NOT DO IT) AND I ASKED IF HE COULD FIX IT. I EXPECTED TO PAY FOR THAT, BUT THEY DID NOT CHARGE ME FOR IT. HE SAID IF I HAD FURTHER PROBLEMS, THAT I SHOULD CALL THEM BACK.
