I can't remember what happened with the one, I had to call him out again. There was no charge when I called him back out. It was a minor oversight. I've not used anyone else. I don't have anything to compare price.

They had to go outside in my plumbing and found tree roots and removed those. I can't make a comparison on the price.

We had flushing problems and they came out and ran a camera. No roots or visible blockage. I don't have anyone to compare price.

it took three service calls for the problem to be properly diagnosed and fixed. the repairman was friendly, helpful and prompt. He did not charge for the first two visits and quickly fixed the problem when he was able to isolate it. I was very happy with the services and would use Waterworks again.

Was more expensive than I normally would have paid, but needed the work done ASAP and they were able to come out the next day. They had given me a window of 12:00 to 4:00 PM when the plumber would arrive. They called at 12:30 and said he'd be there in about 45 minutes and he showed up about 40 minutes later. Showed him the valve and he went right to work. Took about 30 minutes to complete the job. He was very knowledgeable and efficient.

ROtten attitude and didn't even try to get an exception because I forgot to,ask for the senior discount...

He found that I had a leak under my kitchen sink. Then wanted to rebuild all the PVC for some reason. I was charged over $400. We had a party planned that night and was desperate.

Done on time, repair stands up even after a few months.

A repeat customer no more. Things started off well. Filled out their online request form on a Sunday and almost immediatley received a call to schedule. Set up the next day for a 12-4 slot. This is where things went south. Called them at 3 asking if plumber was on way. Eventually he showed up at 5. Even cable companies can hit a 4 hour window. As he checked over the water heater I voiced my concern about being on a well and the known issues with anode rods in a new water heater that creates a rotten egg smell. He began to argue that he had never heard of such an issue and that if there was a smell it was from a lemon anode rod. Back an forth we went but he continued to insist that no such problem exists and that if they had to install a new heater they would never ever remove the anode. It wasn't until he made a call to someone who did indeed state yes the problem exists and it is common that he stated he wasn't familiar with systems on wells. Immediately a red flag went up. I stated I was on a well and my concerns about anode rods while making an appointment and they send someone who knew nothing about wells. That on top of being an hour late. Long story short he quoted a complete rebuild but recommended a brand new system. Being that it was now after hours he would give me a call tomorrow to confirm pricing. It has now been two business days and no call back. I had another company come out today who arrived early and quickly fixed the issue never once mentioning a new system.

Great. Rob explained everything before and during the steps of the clearing, told me what the costs were. Told me about the coupon on Angie's List. I've used Waterworks several times, and each experience is professional and courteous. Will use them again.

Woke up to 5 inches of water in basement and our DYI solutions did not work so called WaterWorks to come out. Able to get scheduled same day (Saturday) and they were here within an hour or so of calling. Snaked the main drain about 80' to break though the clog. Start to finish about an hour. Aaron was our tech and he was great!!!

It went very well they were extremely nice! I did think the price was just a little bit on the high side, but i would definitely use them again!

Their price is a little high but they will come out the same day so that is why I call them.

They have been amazingly prompt. Always able to come within 24 hours and usually the same day we called. Quality of work seems high and the plumbers are professional and pleasant. There was a small leak after one repair and they returned within a couple of hours and took care of it. Only drawback is that prices are on the high side.

Someone came out right away, replaced the water heater quickly and cleaned up after he was done.

It didn't get that far due to impression made on the phone.

The plumber was professional and pleasant but the cost for the repair was outrageous. Over $160 for a 10 minute job.
