Excellent service all around! We were self-managing a major renovation and the they made this component easy. We had many delays for other reasons (cabinets, etc.) and they were always understanding when I had to change dates. When they did the work, the crew was polite, professional and even arrived early! They were extremely easy to work with.

From start to finish...perfectly! Everyone we dealt with in the process was so professional. Our salesperson, Chad, was attentive to detail, very knowledgeable & helpful. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. Joe, who measured/ lazered for the dimensions, was so well trained, friendly and all fit perfectly! Mark & Michael who did the instillation worked very efficiently and were very friendly too. Don, the sawyer who cut the Quartz was able to avoid having to make 25 1/2 inch seams on both sides of our "bat-winged' counter at the sink. Instead, he worked his craft skillfully leaving 3 inch 'unnoticeable' seams on each short side of the rectangular sink. We are so very pleased with the entire process handled by The Cabinet Guys Team!

Chad went above and beyond to find the quartzite counter tops I wanted. I'm very satisfied with him and the guys who came and installed my counter tops. I will definitely do business with them again. I highly recommend The Granite Guy!!

My experience with the Granite Guy was amazing. Chad helped me on my first visit and he was great! I had trouble making my decision from the beautiful granite in their showroom that’s on the premises and he gave me all the time I needed to browse. There was never any pressure, just honest answers and good advice when I needed it. Everyone from the gentleman who measured my countertops to the installers were very nice and very professional. We worked with Brad McColly, and he was wonderful. What we liked was his information about the browsing process, his no-harassment follow-up, he answered all our questions, and worked with us the whole time. He is very timely on his email communications. The Granite Guy offers the best price in town. The price on the slab in the show room includes EVERYTHING except tax. If we ever have granite needs for our house again, we will be returning to Brad and The Granite Guy.

It went EXCELLENT! From the salesman, Brad Mccolly to the gentlemen that installed the countertops, we could not be more pleased. While we initially could not find what we wanted at the Granite Guy, Brad put us in contact with their supplier and we were able to pick our choice of quartz there. And of course Brad got it for us and it was installed yesterday with pinpoint accuracy. The gentlemen that installed our new countertops took out our old countertops, installed the new and cleaned everything up before hauling away our old countertop and kitchen sink. I would absolutely recommend the Granite Guy to anybody looking for new countertops.

The Granite Guy was absolutely fantastic to work with! The inside person was very friendly and accommodating to our schedule. The professional crew came in and installed our granite countertop and sink (along with demo) within a couple hours. The workmanship is 2nd to none. It is the best addition we've made to our home in 10 yrs. I would highly recommend The Granite Guy to everyone who wants a beautiful remodel done quickly and with the professionalism everyone deserves!!

It was a very fun experience for me because I have never done a complete kitchen remodel. Chrissy Bossetti was wonderful. She designed a great kitchen layout for me and basically held my hand throughout the entire process. She was very responsive to my numerous questions and concerns. The installers were polite and friendly. My entire experience with The Granite Guy (and The Cabinet Guy) was fantastic and I hope to work with them again. I absolutely love my kitchen!

The staff was polite and helpful. We had an unusual sink dimension need. The installers, when they took the sink out of the box, found it had a crack. They called right away, and worked us into the next day schedule and finished everything very professionally. They even sweep up any sawdust and polished the granite before leaving. I would use them again.

This is the place to go for granite in Columbus. The staff is excellent and strive to exceed your expectations. Chrissy and gary went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied and the install team was fabulous!

It went great, Chrissy Bossetti did a awesome layout and even helped pick a paint color that would make the countertop Pop. Their installer Josh, you just can't find better. He's very professional and does a fabulous job on his installs and cleans everything before leaving. Highly recommend anyone looking to remodel to contact them and ask for one of them.

They miscue the counter tops twice and never came back to fix it because they were avoiding us because they set our kitchen on fire because of laziness. Literally could have burned our house to the ground because their installer used a blow torch to try to cure the epoxy faster. He caught a brand new can of lacquer on fire which spilled causing my kitchen to be engulfed in flames. The installer who I later found out was nicknamed Torch, had 2nd degree burns on his hand. Our house was filled with black smoke and soot everywhere which I ended up having to clean myself that took over 4 hours. Oh, they sent the same installer back the next day with 2nd degree burn to finish the job. Are you fn kidding me? The way the owner handled it was a joke. Stay away from these guys. When we started explore an upgrade/remodel our kitchen, we started out looking for someone who could do the countertops. We came across The Granite Guy in Worthington and were impressed by the consistent number of very favorable reviews. We had visited 3 or 4 places we visited beforehand and we were very impressed when we walked into their facility. Gary (the owner) and Corey were a great help in helping us understand the various options and walked us through their warehouse were we could see all the different potential options they had in inventory and told us that we could look at any distributor’s inventory to see what we would like. We left with the awareness that they were the ones we wanted to work with. Two or three visits to other stores solidified our decision to work with Gary and The Granite Guy. When we returned, our second impression was as favorable as the first. At our request, Gary agreed to come to our house to see firsthand what we had in mind. It was then we learned that he also could do kitchen designs. When we asked for his thoughts, he provided a number of options, from minor to major. One of the suggestions he made including removing a wall between our existing kitchen and dining room, something we had not considered (and are we so glad he made that suggestion). We ended up using his design and had them layout the rest of the kitchen. We then found out Gary also owns a business called The Cabinet Guy (in the same location), see our separate review on that business, but - spoiler alert – it was equally as good. Gary worked with us, and the contractor (Premier Remodeling, who Gary suggested we consider) to create an incredible kitchen with high end counters and cabinets, all within our budget. We could not have asked for a better team. We chose a countertop that had a pattern which was a challenge to match pieces. Gary’s team did an incredible job! They used one solid piece whenever they could, even though that created more “leftover” pieces of Quartzite for them. Where they had to use more than one piece, they did an amazing job of matching the patterns to each other. Each and every one of Gary’s team were great to work with and we have nothing but compliments on them and their work. We TOTALLY recommend Gary and his team, The Granite Guy (and the Cabinet Guy) earned our thanks and admiration.

My experience with Granite Guy has been wonderful. I have now worked on several projects with them and have always been treated well. The service is great and the product surpasses expectations. They are very responsive and attentive to concerns or questions and they work really hard to make the client happy.

The sales representative, Jerred Runkle, was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful during the entire process of granite selection and layout. My only issue is that the sink wasn't set perfectly, meaning one side is flush with the granite rather than under like the other 3 sides. There is no problem with leakage or function, just aesthetics.

We had them cut it and we installed it. The cuts were perfect and the prices were low! Plan on doing our kitchen with them next :)

They worked with me to make a tedious, but beautiful piece for around the shower wall jets in my bathroom remodel. It is truly the center piece of a high end bathroom and it wouldn’t have looked nearly as nice if they weren’t so willing to go above and beyond to make it for me.

We worked with Jerred at The Granite Guy to find a slab of granite to replace our dated counter in our kitchen. The Granite Guy had a large selection to choose from and once we chose a slab, Jerred and his team were quick to respond to questions and requests. The entire process from the deposit, measurements and installation were handled in an efficient and timely manner. Jerred and his team were very personable and professional. The installers did a fantastic job joining the pieces and the seams are practically invisible! We would definitely use The Granite Guy again for any future needs.
